Generally good customer service! A nice selection of inventory, including items harder to find other places.The smoking is hard to deal witg, and therefore I avoid the store unless I cannot find the items elsewhere. If they made it non smoking, I would spend several hundred a month there with our 7 automobiles and 4 tractors maintenance.

Honestly...went in there to get string for a weed eater...waited like 20 minutes for someone to help me and there was no other customers in there. So ...

They have good parts at reasonable prices but this Napa wouldn't honor another napa tool rental return also wouldnt give or had the the phone number of another store to see availability of a part. Kind of crummy customer service.

They answered all of my questions I had. That's really my only reason for stopping. If you're looking for parts cheaper AutoZone and O'Reilly's is your best bet.
