    We looked up the Christmas Eve hours of this store before driving from Ellensburg. Arrived in plenty of time & already looked up the part number. Was refused service because they decided to close early, even tho the open sign was on & the door unlocked. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never shop there again. Businesses cry the blues about supporting small businesses, but this is why people shop on the internet instead!

    Showed up 5 minutes before close freaking out because my car started shaking and gave a check engine light 200 miles from home. One of the managers read my code and popped a wire back in to place (I know nothing about cars) and I was able to make it home. If not for them I'd be stranded. THANKS NAPA!!

    These guys were great! They made sure I got the right antifreeze and were gracious with me when I returned the first option they sold me and bought the other one they had mentioned. Then they even let me use the employee bathroom before I got back on the road!

    I normally don't go to this place unless I need to grab something right away. The service is mediocre and they're notorious for ordering the wrong parts whenever my friend and I need something. It's better to drive the extra 30 or so miles to Ellensburg To O'Reilly's if at all possible.

    Me and my husband broke down on our way home from vacation..we were still over 2 hours from home and the guys in your store helped in every way they could to get us back on the road and home to our babies!!! Thank you so much jesse and the other 2 guys (no name tags lol)
