I love Napa. They always have what I need. The guys working there are extremely knowledgeable about the parts they sale. And if it's hard to find elsewhere, Napa probably has it.

I went in today to get my battery tested and everyone helped so much, I needed a new one. Not only did I purchase the battery, but they called and scheduled an appointment for me at Tire Pros! Dillon from Tire pros put the battery in and right after I returned my old battery at Napa. This whole thing took about one hour total with drive time! Thank you Napa team on Madison in Prescott! Thank goodness there's a NAPA in Prescott! I checked the parts stores on Grove and they could all order the weird part I needed, but I needed it today and only NAPA had it in stock. Price was comparable too, I gladly paid the $2 more to fix the car today. 👍

This is the biggest NAPA store I've been in, lots of selection. They had what I needed, great customer service, in and out in less than 10 minutes. I like NAPA compared to other auto stores because their quality tends to be better.

Ordered remanufactured CV axle for my Honda, had to use Napa since no one else had it in stock. They had to ship it up from Phoenix, o I had to wait a day. No big deal, except when it came, it WAS NOT remanufactured but looked exactly like the bad one I'm trying to replace. Dirty and torn up, no axle bolt. Tried to return it, only to be told I now have to wait 2 more days for a manager to be in. My question: did NO ONE check the part they were selling to a customer 100 miles away??? I mean, I should have checked it in store at pick up, but come on Napa... Is this the level of customer service I can expect from you in general, or is it just this town that has incompetent service?
