Went to pic a part for a tire and rim this morning that I desperately needed, Mario assisted me. He walked us through the boneyard and carried the tire out for me even. Mario is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful! I definitely would refer to him for assistance when you go. Great energy! Nice employees and customers there really like the staff which was amazing to see. I would give Mario and 10 stars if I could. Definitely will use them again and refer to them as much as I can. (Hit debris on 93 nb, my tire and rim was destroyed)

I went there in the early to mid nineties (before I lived here) and found a completely unused collapsible spare for my 86 Nissan 300 ZX. I dumpster dived and bought a razor knife and packaging tape and made a box and checked ot in as checked baggage back then! LOVE the place!!! ❤👍💯

Beware of scam and avoid the Henderson location. They are now charging core charges on all parts including wires, plastic and glass parts. It is a way for them to get everyone for more $$. When I questioned about it, I was rudely told by a supervisor "you need to pay for core on everything" this is after she spent 2 days investigating the issue. I was also told to speak to David Baldwin the president if I had any issues.

I have been a customer of Pic a Part for over 30 years.I have seen all the great changes made in their yards from the days of dirt and mud to the awesome yards of concrete. I have never been disappointed in their customer service or their prices for what I have needed.

All the guys create a light hearted environment. I had a leak in my gas line that I could have never fixed myself. Huge thanks to Danny for getting under my van and helping me get back in the road.

The staff working the entrance at the henderson location need some customer service training classes they are always rude. Besides that it's a nice clean wrecking yard.

This location is not huge but has a good selection of older vehicles. Nothing very new unfortunately but it’s only $1 to get in. Parts seem a little pricy for what you have to get yourself.

I used to go to this yard all the time it used to be good they used to treat me good I've had my service dog in here several times I drove almost 2 hours one way because I live way out of town I used to really like going to this yard now they won't even let me and my dog in when she's been in here several times I make sure she's in my cart all the time make sure she doesn't bother anyone and now all of a sudden it's a problem they didn't even care I guess when you make so much money you don't have to care I will never return as a customer again I will take my money elsewhere thanks guys I will tell all my friends to not come here and I'm sure they won't you just lost my business and everyone else that I know
