Our RV ended up having a bad tire. We called and they promptly came out within 45 minutes. I’ll get the tire off like a true professional. He even went above and beyond and called multiple different tire businesses as well. We have a special size tire. He did a great job and I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again for saving my day. My pregnant wife will be very happy to see me :-)

I have one of the most difficult Vehicles there is to tow a 40 foot RV I never knew why it was so difficult to find someone to tow an RV until I saw what was involved holy smokes these guys came picked it up somehow somehow unseize the brake that was locked up on it and got it to the repair shop for me without incident these guys really know what's going on I don't want to use the driver's name I wish I could but you know who you are a good job man thank you very much for being so careful with my RV I Now understand why people do not like to tow RVs I didn't understand until I saw what was involved thank you so much for doing such an awesome job

Good experience. The only reason I'm giving them 4 star's and not 5 is because the first service man they sent to change my tire didn't want to do what needed to be done to get my spare down from underneath my truck and left without getting us back on the road. I called and explained the situation to the dispatcher and she assured me that they were sending some one else and they would get the job done no matter what. The new service man towed my truck back to their shop, arranged for transportation for my wife and I and our 3 children to their shop, cut my spare down from under the bed, which the locking mechanism holding the spare up was rusted locked, and replaced my flat with the spare. The owner accommodated us and gave my kids brownies and let them play with his dog while they completed our service. I would recommend their service to anyone (just avoid dealing with AL, actually he will avoid dealing with you.) The rest of the staff and the owner were great. Thank you.

Our van broke down on our way through while on vacation. It was midnight and there were 6 of us stranded. I called Newberry, they came out with a flatbed for our car, and a vehicle for us to use until our car was repaired the next day. They led us to a hotel for the night, then made sure our van was fixed as quickly as possible the next day. TJ really took good care of us. Can't thank him enough.

They ruined 3 of my cars towing them. I recommend going through Rairdens any day or time of the week over newberrys and they impounded my car for a night and charged me more money than it should of ever cost.😤

Brakes failed on us during a cross country trip. AAA couldn't help us. Called Newberry and they literally dropped what they were doing on the 4th of July to come get us. Al towed the van to a local shop while his parents or friends took my family in a personal vehicle. Dropped us off at a hotel and waited to make sure we could get a room for the night. Next morning, went to the shop to find out they couldnt get to the van until late that evening. Called Newberry and they came and picked up the van, took us to another shop that got us in right away and back on the road by mid day. Words cannot express enough the gratitude and the hospitality extended by Newberry. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us.
