Dealing with tow yards is never fun. Signage out front could be improved. The same can be said for their phone etiquette. While there one of the employees kept repeating that they [company] "can legally go after" people and cars in a manner that made myself and me friend feel as if these guys arent looking out for people and are insensetive, money-hungry, pompous individuals.

I was disappointed. When I called I asked about unlocking my car ,which had the keys in it. He first ask what kind of car. (A Saturn Vue) His reply was, sorry I have no one available . Then hung up. I understand that there might be cars which are a bit more difficult to open. Yet for the cost of $65 to unlock my car, which is about 5 miles away.Also to give myself more than 5 minute is worth the $65.00 for them. Plus its not just that they won't not unlock the car. Thats fine. I just feel the lack of courtesy / customer service was terrible. The man who answered the phone could of just as easily said : Im sorry, we do not have anyone available for the whole day to help you!!! LOL!When are people going to be held accountable for hiring people who lack poor people skills. These type of people can make or break a business. I myself won't go for the lack of kindness. If I'm going to pay almost hundred dollars .. then be nice!

Towed here because they are the CHP dispatched tow for the area. Was told by the owner it would be $200 to get my car out whether I picked it up that day or a later day. It was the weekend wasn't able to get a truck to move the car until mid week when they inform me that I would have to now pay Storage, tow, and the car was in the process of a LEIN SALE. I am told by the manager that whatever the owner said couldn't be true. Owner couldn't be reached for comment and "out on a tow".To sum it up, car got towed by them, told a price to get it out, price changes and meanwhile car placed in lein sale process and I am still liable for the original tow? Dirty grimy office and no straightforward answers from the employees.

Good service just way to expensive I know rates are higher on chp toes however to high and their working on my dime they waste it
