Terrible experience at Norco Truck & Auto Parts. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly rude, making me feel completely unwelcome. They have zero customer service skills, and every question I asked was met with a nasty attitude. It felt like they were annoyed that I even needed help. I can’t believe how disrespectful they were. This place is a joke, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your time here.

Norco truck, auto parts and towing are the best! Hands down the best place to go for parts and towing. I’ve been going here for decades and they are old school automotive to the core. I have nothing but respect for our dying car culture and these old school guys never disappoint. A visit to this place always puts a smile on my face. If they don’t have it, they’ll locate it. Don’t go sniveling if you don’t get your hand held. See a shrink if you wanna talk about your problems. Call Norco truck, auto and towing if you want parts or towing, they rock!

Walked in to the shop today after Mass. I was referred by a close friend who instructed me to go talk to Joe Fernandez, the owner who is his close friend from church, regarding a door lock issue with my car. I walked in and was immediately treated horribly by someone, a middle aged man, who obviously should not be anywhere near customers. This is a short snippet of how the conversation went. "Hi what do you need", "Um, a friend of mine sent me.." interrupts me in the middle of speaking "yes ok, but what do you need", "sorry, I was just trying to say, I need to speak to Joe Fernandez", "He's not available, what do you need, you can talk to me", "ok sir, I'm having trouble with my door locks", interrupts again, "we don't do door locks, we sell parts if you tell me what part you need ill check if I have it otherwise you can be on your way". "I'm sorry, a good friend of my told me Joe might be able to help..." interrupts again, "he cant help you and will tell you the same thing I am, If you don't know what you need I can't do anything for you, I sell parts thats all..." and then went on a rant and proceeded to unleash so much anger and frustration on me. All I was able to muster back was "Sheesh! I'm sorry your're so angry". He responded by mocking me and repeating "sheesh' in a very demeaning way. When I walked out, I stopped and said a prayer for him and his family. Nevertheless, I will never go back to that place and I suggest anyone that needs truck parts take your business elsewhere or at the very least be prepared so you are not taken back when you're treated the way I was.
