Every time we deal with the company the women running the service desk are extremely passive aggressive. They never actually help us solve any problems we have and at this point I don’t know what there job is besides brushing everything off and pretending. I would terminate them and find more respectful, problem solving receptionist. Service: Junk removal

TODAY WAS MY PU FOR GARBAGE & RECYCLING. THE RECYCLE GENTLEMAN ( TWO MAN TRUCK WITH ARM LIFT ) PICKED UP MY RECYCLE AND DROPPED NUMERIOUS ITEMS OUT OF THE CAN. I STOP THEM ON THERE RETURN DOWN THE BLOCK. OF COARSE I WAS UPSET AND DID CUSS WHICH I SHOULD NOT HAVE. BUT I WATCHED THEM ON HOW THAT TEAM WAS PICKING UP CANS. THERE WAS NO WAY THIS MAN DID NOT SEE WHAT WAS LEFT BEHIND. I TALKED WITH THEM AND THATS WHAT THEY CLAIMED. IS THIS HOW BECAUSE OF MONOPOLY ON THIS SERVICE THE CUSTOMERS GET TREATED ??CAUTION TO ALL. If you have a concern about your billing or garbage service beware of who you speak with. Apparently, “Tina”, the owner, does not take kindly to customers who inquire about the service or billing concerns. My husband and I were dismayed at the customer service provided but even more shocked by the fact that the person we were speaking with was the OWNER! Extremely unfortunate that this quaint beach town has bleak representation for a daily service needed. So, be sure to regularly check that services rendered match your monthly billing!

Joint is pretty easy to use & kept clean so you generally do not feel to bad about getting back in your rig.

Really nice truck drivers and staff at the landfill. Really UNPLEASANT interactions every time I have to call the office. I don't understand why the ladies in the office are so absolutely rude. I'm treated each time as if me calling to give them my business and money while ordering drop boxes is inconvenient for them?. I've kept my mouth shut for 4 years about the customer service in the office but it is POOR and unappreciated.~Update the owner contacted me. I really appreciate them taking the time to talk about my issues. Thank you!

I signed up for service where the driver would roll the cart from the house to pickup the garbage, because this is my second home. After a month of not having garbage picked up I called and was told they had signed me up for curb service instead. I asked that they correct that and please provide the service I originally asked for. Since then I had a guest use the house the first week of July and six weeks later when I visited the house the garbage from his visit was still in the can. It had not been picked up in six weeks. So, I put the can on the curb hoping it would then be picked up. I came back to the house two week later and it was still sitting on the curb full. All the while they have been taking the monthly fees from my checking account. I called and asked for a refund and cancellation of service. Was told that a refund was only possible if the driver admitted he did not pickup. He/she had been claiming it was picked up on schedule, which obviously isn't true since I had to haul the trash myself. Do you really think that now he/she will admit they didn't pickup my garbage, not likely. Bad service, bad customer service. The customer clerk's only comment was I needed a bigger can. What so I can wait 8 weeks before it is full and they still haven't picked up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The drivers are good guys, dont leave messes and are courteous. On Wednesdays, they are doing pick ups around Salishan golf course at the same time we play and have actually stopped for a second while we were putting out on #8.Yard and office folks are friendly and helpful.Well run company from our perspective for sure.

i have never had someone come back to empty our dumpster because we over slept before. one time our driver even put them back in our driveway for us. you guys rock!!! thank you soooooo very much. every time i see your truck it puts a smile on my face!!!!! 😎

I had a very frustrating experience today when I called to check why my trash can was not picked up. It is a service that I pay and I am not treated well. Good luck!

We have the service where they come and pick up our can near our garage, but occasionally we leave it out to help the drivers... well we received a recent bill and noticed extra charges for the “wrong week pickup”. I was never informed that we may have put our can out on the wrong week, we were just charged but if the drivers know when to get our can they also know when NOT too. Not a great way to do business by just adding charges without notification. So be sure to always check your bill.
