Totaled our car on a road trip and this was the closest place we could get to on the cars last legs. Young man in the service department was great and came out and gave us a run down of what the issue was and his opinion that it was totaled. He (Ford) couldn’t help us at that moment but he even found us a junk yard and tow truck that could get us going. Truly amazing human being that young man is, I wish I new his name.

Josh makes stuff happen! I found a truck I had to have and I explained what payment I needed and he made it possible. I was in a little truck debate with my husband as far as what truck we should buy and who can get a better deal gets the truck. While he worked on the one he wanted at a different dealership I contacted Josh and my deal was fine my husband picked up our new truck the next day! I couldn't take off to get the papers signed so he had a driver bring them to me in St.louis, to sign and they took them back! I had to pick up my jaw off the floor on that one. That is certainly above and beyond customer service in my eyes. I didn't catch the driver's name but he was professional, curteous, wore a mask and followed social distancing procedures. Thanks Josh (and everyone behind the scenes) at Northside Ford for getting us in the truck we wanted, and in less than 24 hours of contacting you about it! And Josh a big thanks to helping me win the, husband/wife truck deal contest. 🎉

If I could give it a zero star I would. I broke down in their little town from Michigan to Texas. They took 4 weeks to look at my car. They replaced my motor just to have to car turn off at every stop. I asked the counter sales man to please get someone to check my wind shield wipers because they were not working. His reply was that I would have to leave the car there for another 3 weeks before they got to it. I flew in pick up my car and expected it to be ready. Had to leave with the car due to my job and I did run into an hour worth of rain without windshield wipers. The older gentleman didn’t want yo help me at all. Initially when I approached him, he didn’t ask me my name or anything. Just looked at me and said, I just got here. I know nothing about your car. Sheeze, i was just there to pick it up. Bad service all around. What a disappointment.

We were experiencing some major (to us) trouble with our F-150. It had lost power three times while we were on the interstate. It was Friday, and we were on our way home to Ontario, Canada. My Navigation indicated Northside Ford was the next on our route. Within minutes of arriving we were directed 'round back, with our truck and 5th wheel, where a technician quickly diagnosed the problem -- the throttle actuator -- and they had one in stock. Within the hour, the part was swapped, and we were on our way. Everyone we met at Northside was professional, happy, and made us feel welcome. What a pleasure to be so well treated and helped so quickly -- thanks! If I lived closer, they would become my dealership.

Didn't stay long but I did notice some great deals on used cars on the side of the building near the back. Picked up our work truck & dropped off their courtesy vehicle & we're on the highway at this exact moment breaking down. THEY DIDN'T FIX NOTHING!!!

I have purchased my last two vehicles from Robert at Northside and he has gone above and beyond both times to get me into the vehicle I want. Most definitely the best dealership in town! Ben, in finance also was exceptional when it came to explaining everything to me! I couldn’t be happier. They will continue being my dealership to do business with!

We had a horrible experience at dealership in Newton (Anderson's) and ended up getting a refund on the vehicle we purchased and going to Northside. I had looked at their inventory prior to going to the dealership so I had narrowed down what I was looking at between two cars. My husband couldn't get in one because he was too tall so we test drove the other and loved it. Our salesman was great, they got our payments in the range we were comfortable with and loaded us up with a free tank of gas. Go here before going anywhere else. You won't regret it.

We trust them to take care of our auto and to notify us of needed repairs.
