I had an excellent experience with Northside Salvage Auto Recycling and highly recommend them. After my sister's car broke down on her way home from New Jersey to Toronto, she asked me to help junk the car. Finding an auto Recycling yard in New York tuned out to be very stressful because the car was registered in Canada. Many places refuced to take it. Some wanted to us to pay expensive towing fees, and others said the title has to be transfered and would cost a lot. I was so relieved when I found Northside. Mike was wonderful and guided me through every step of the process. He was knowledgeable, patient and made what could have been a complicated situation incredibly easy. I had two vehicles picked up in the same day 20 miles apart, Luka helped me coordinate the times that were most convenient for me, he even saved me a trip by allowing a third party to sign for the vehicle that was 20 miles away. His communication skills were great (patient, precise, easy to understand). Jessica at the office was also great. The driver was very professional and patient, he was able to circumnavigate my driveway with just four inches on both sides. Thank you Northside!
