Part is perfectly fine and they were able to get me it same day and pretty fast.<br><br>My complaint is with the sales person at the front desk and his not so great personality. When I called and asked about the part I was acquiring he basically sounded annoyed I was calling and inquiring about a part. When I arrived to pick up the part I had a possible core with me and when I said I wasn’t sure if it would pass as a core all he did was spout off their core policy instead of even attempting to look at the part I was replacing.<br><br>In short. Parts are great and loom clean and functional but customer service leaves MUCH to be desired.

10/10 reccomend. I asked for the IMPOSSIBLE an they made it happen . EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable, an affordable I could not be happier. Ohio , WV , new York could not do half of what they done for me . Im a Very happy customer !

08/26/25<br><br>Initially contacted them through car-parts.com chat. I have never had any yard reply in the website chat system. Novak replied.<br><br>They sourced a jump seat out of a 99-2010 super duty from another yard. The jump seat was listed as grade A. It is 100% grade A. I always see the seat pan rusted and the mounts rusted, but they were perfect (just a little dirty from the prior owner). The armrest pads and cup holder pads on these always lift up and seprate and these are great.<br><br>Freight was $350. Came delivered by UPS in a large box with a crap ton of packaging. No damage to any of the plastic trim which I was worried about. Price was incredibly cheap compared to ebay.<br><br>I called in to make the purchase Aug 22. He warned me that they would be receiving it from a sister yard first and then it would be shipped. It arrived this afternoon. 4 days is a lot faster than I expected.
