Dropped by on a Thursday afternoon after work to get a new car battery. The two gentlemen helping me were friendly and expedient. Was in and out in about 30 mins.

I prefer O'Reilly over advance or AutoZone in most cases. I'm old school I guess because I don't necessarily like buying parts online, I'd rather go inside a store. So that combined with driving a car that isn't the most reliable keeps me coming. I feel like O'Reilly usually has more mechanicallyneducated employees than other stores, and I tend to like their products better. I'm a regular at the one on 39th Ave. The only negative encounter I had was buying a faulty starter that failed the next day. When trying to swap it out for a new one, the man at the desk tested it on his machine and said that the starter still worked (it did spin, but the pinion gear did not extend, which is why it wouldn't start my car). He said he wasn't going to give me a new one because it "works." So I had to put the starter back on my car, videotape that it was not starting my car, and then take it back in the store and show him the video. Then he finally gave me a new one and it worked perfectly and has been going for 3 months so far. I didn't give a lower rating because that's the only negative experience I've had and I'm sure at other stores considering how often I buy parts, I would've had a lot more bad experiences.

Super friendly & helpful in an extremely clean store. … they usually have what I need and if not they’ve got it on the other side of town.

They had what I needed I'm very satisfied their prices could come down quite a bit I think but that's just on shelf items

It was my best experience with an auto-parts store in a very long time. They where very knowledgeable and was half the price as I was quoted from 2 other stores.I won't be getting parts anywhere else from now on.

Needed wiper blades in a hurry..was beginning to storm and I was going to be late for a dr appointment..but the employees here were awesome..got my wipers and installed them for me and I was on my way in just minutes!! And actually made it on time to my appointment 👍👍they are always pleasent.curtious..and very knowledgeable here.. recommend this place to everyone!!

Once, I had tried to install windshield wipers. I had trouble getting them on , so I put the old one back on of the one I had taken off. So I went up to O'Reilly's, and I ask the associate if he would just make sure it was snapped on correctly. He asked me if I still had the new ones, and I said yes, and he said I won't put them on for you. I was not going to ask them to do that, but he said it was no big problem to him, and he put on the two new wiper blades. That meant a lot to me. So I highly recommend shopping there, just yesterday, I went in and purchased some things I needed for my truck. Staff is great. Plenty of products to choose from you should find what you need . I will never forget what the associate did for me that day by putting on those wiper blades. I highly recommend you stop there..

Always ample parking and rarely a line. It’s a newer store across from long established Autozone and Advance Auto. I think it was the first of Gainesville’s 3 Oreilys. They always seem cool and available to help. Fair prices like the aforementioned and have a free rewards program like them

The only Auto parts store we ever shop at
