I went here today to pick up a part that I had placed an order for, the woman in the front office along with the owner were very unprofessional and very rude zero customer service. Not to mention the whole office smells like chicken eggs and it’s very dirty. All of the cars are on organized and they’re everywhere there’s no room for parking.

Great customer service, fair prices. Sean and Andrea were fantastic, accurate, respectful, and reasonable. Will be back again soon!

Thanks to Kettyle cars, and crew for getting me back on the road with the parts I needed. Search all on line no place had what I needed came across them called spoke with Shawn and was on my way there. An hour and half drive. No bait and switch. The place is huge the crew was great. The price was the price Thanks again Shawn!!

This is a great place to do business with. These people really care about their customers. I was working with Shawn and needed a hood that they had in stock. Shawn did not know me, but he made special arrangements to have that hood delivered to Newport News Virginia at a very good price. Who does that? Only a company with people like Shawn that care about their customers. I have been in business 40 years and purchased parts from all over the country and have not experienced service like this before. Thank you Shawn!!

I was in there today when this woman came in flipping out. She was cussing and yelling at the employees because her part wasn't waiting for her at the door even though she had been told already that they don't pull the parts until they are paid for. She was very rude and so was her boyfriend. I thought the employees and managers handled it very well. They just kept on With business as usual even after she was cussing out other customers and blocking the entrance. I would recommend this place 100%. They are very helpful, down to earth people there.

Andrea and Shawn did an excellent job assisting us with our purchase and got us what we needed right away. Definitely recommended them to everyone. Check this place out.

No one would speak to us. Only waited on the Hispanic customers. We were there before others, but got ignored. No one answers the phones. The advertised web site is broken and the other one is hard to use and isn't stocked, despite thousands of cars you clearly see. Back to the former Hugh Jones in Jefferson and Collins auto in Winder. 20+ years, never got treated like that over there at other ones.

Large yard with a good variety of parts. I called ahead and they were happy to confirm the part I needed was on the yard before I drove over. The parts puller did a great job of removing it with care and the price was just right. I'll be back for more parts as needed.

I called yesterday 4/8/2021 for a part they had listed asked if it was still available they told me yes, this morning I called to ask if it was available and to see if I could just pick it up they told me yes it won’t take long to give you the part..after driving 4 hours one way I get here and they tell me the part is no longer available I told the lady I drive 4 hours to get here she goes back in and tells me the part is here but it’s still in the car it will take us a few days to get it and once we get it out we will have to charge more because the part of behind the motor and it takes la or to get it out. This is very frustrating I lost a day of work and $50 in gas for nothing.
