But when I go in I always ask for Mary or Allen they are extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store and can always find what I am looking for at a reasonable price. And even installed my battery for my truck. They are totally awesome people.

Possibly the worst ever. I will not go back, and I urge each and every one of you to do the same. Parts were ordered on Saturday, promised on Sunday. The wrong part was ordered. "Caleb" said he would have them on Monday morning at 7 am. Guess what happened? These parts, costing hundreds could not be found, or even ordered. I will not go back. My next rant will be at their Corporate office. I had enough time to do this because my car is in pieces, have spent a lot of money paying someone to take me there and I should be at work right now, but I'm not!!!!! Because of their incompetence.

This is by far the best automotive place I’ve ever been to. The employees treated us great and they have always made things right if for some reason something went different then expected. I will no longer return to auto zone bc the men there treated me so mean and I think its bc I’m a woman that knew more then they did about cars but for that reason only I ventured to oreillys and will forever be a customer. I recommend this place to everyone bc you won’t leave there unhappy!!!
