I pay for trash pickup and every other week they’re not picking up my trash and absolutely no reason for this

I ben with them for 2 years and in the last 3 months they Raised up my bill from 25 to 120 its crazy I am done with them Service: Junk removal

Terrible trash company! Workers are very rude and sloppy. They have left trash in my yard, dump cans over spilling trash and then leaving it, and have missed my pickup all together! If I call the trash company and request a bulk item pickup, my trash men will usually leave it which results in me having to call the company, play phone tag and have to have them come back and pick it up. Not to mention, their bulk item prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I have had them take an old toilet and they charged me $60.00 to haul it away. For a bag of 10 pound drywall I was charged $40.00. I have attempted to call and complain on the guys who pick up my trash, but was never called back. I am not one of the type of people who complain on companies, but this company is seriously a joke. I would recommend trying to find a different service. :/

This company is the biggest joke that ever was for a trash service! We always, always, always put our trash out the night before and on several occasions they did not take our trash. When you call them and tell them they say they will send out someone to get it and they never do. The representative I spoke to then accuse me of lying and said I probably didn’t have the trashcan out in time. This is very disrespectful to call a customer a liar. I make sure our trash is out every week the night before. I suppose they only believe their workers. Then when they don’t pick up and you have 2 weeks of trash, they say they will charge if you have extra!! We pay each month for our trashcan through them And they will only take trash that is in that can so if you have extras they will not take it! That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard a trash company that won’t take trash even if you’re willing to pay extra for it!!! Worst company ever!! Southern Ohio Disposal is our new service and they take whatever trash you have!!! They actually do the service you’re paying them to do. Wow!!

They have not picked up my trash in 5 weeks and had the nerve to bill me $35! You call and it goes to a call center, could be in North Carolina, same answer, I will put in to pick up tomorrow. Well guess what, tomorrow NEVER comes!!!!

Was informed of my refund of Nov. 4 2017. Called 2 weeks later and was told it was in process and the representative would put a rush on it. I called back to check on it 11/28/17 the representative said it mailed out on the 14th I should get it any day. I called back today 12/1/17 on her suggestion to check again and they would check the tracking to see where it is. The representative said it should be here any day. (Getting the old "The checks in the mail". I asked the rep to track it he said it would be 24 -48 hrs for the accounting department to get that done. Then I asked, "if I was this late sending in a payment and used the same excuse would that be ok?" He said no I would get charged a late fee. I asked were they going to put a late fee money for me and was quick to say "no". If your looking for a trash pick-up service don't choose Republic service.

Worse garbage service ever. They never show up and in tbe beginning offered $2 refund. After many calls it was not offered nor picked up. DO NOT call them. You're better off just throwing your money away!

Wish I could give 0 stars, and I wish I could choose another company but the companies have teritories and they won't cross libes so you have no choices. Mobopolized like the old phone companies used to be. My garbage is missed more than it is picked up.

Haven't picked up my trash for two weeks. Keep saying someone will pick it up tomorrow. When you call you get put on hold and when you ask for a call back it takes a couple of hours for them to call you back. Terrible customer service.
