Not sure about names but a nice man decided to help us out with our car outside and one woman with shorter hair was talking bad about the guy while he was outside. My mother told her the gentleman was helping us and she gave a snarky response to my mom to mind her own business and that it was between them. To that short haired lady: you're lucky I have the human decency and courtesy to not sock you in the face. First you talk bad about your employees that help your costumers and then you give snarky responses to your customers? I hope your days are numbered at that store. To the man that helped us: thank you sir for being so kind and patient with us, even though we couldn't purchase anything at the end. I hope you go to good places in life, because those women don't deserve your work ethic and customer communication abilities.

Always get good service people are friendly post

I don't know a whole lot about vehicles, so when my car died I went in and asked for a new battery. They were very nice and quick, getting the new battery installed in cold weather. After the fact, I found out that they were supposed to test my battery to make sure it was bad. They did not. The battery ended up not being the problem. I called less than 24 hrs later asking for a refund and they wouldn't even consider it. Everyone makes mistakes, but good companies try to fix their mistakes.

I was just passing through Hannibal and stopped because my truck key battery was showing low. Changing it was very difficult. The staff kept trying and finally were very successful. A very helpful and patient staff. I wish that I lived in Hannibal so that I could always use them when needed.

If management is the one helping you wait for them to become available, the rest of the staff were clueless

It took me quite a while to get waited on but I think that was just due to the time of day. The counter person that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable about what I was needing and got me taken care of very quickly. I do not live in Hannibal but would definitely return to this store if I needed to.

Went in to get battery checked because thought needed new. After waiting in line, worker goes to check and manager stops him and says help everyone else we know for sure is buying something. I went elsewhere and had great service there.

O'Reilly has been there since 15-1/2,16. Your always assured of at least one person who wrenches. I have had them from the start, and they are hard to beat.

Great staff, lots of parts and can quickly get you what you need if they don't have it.
