    After buying a $250 battery a nice guy told me that since my charge light was still on after I installed the battery because they wouldn't on knitting offer the alternator was probably the problem that I should get my old battery back it probably just needed to be charged and my alternator replaced and then he replace alternator we charge the battery and it started right back up and it's fine thank you Mister Richard no thanks to O'Reilly and then while I was putting taking my putting my old battery back in I was told that we was I was not allowed to do anything in the parking lot and I had to leave need to do it somewhere else

    I went here to get parts for a work van. The staff was very nice and extremely patient with me. I had to call the mechanic to ask exactly what all parts he needed and the guy working the counter was very understanding. It was frustrating dealing with the mechanic during the time because there was a lot of people in the store and I didnt want to hold up the line. The guy working the counter was a younger black guy medium build, I cant remember his name but if his boss sees this I hope yall take care of him. He is manager material.
