Tony and the Team at the Ponderay store are stellar. They are attentive, honest and helpful every time I come in. It is their service that sets them apart.

This place is fantastic. Grade A customer service from a knowledgeable team. They have a huge stock and should they not have the part, will get it very promptly. It is hands down my first choice for car parts.

I want to thank the young gentleman at the Ponderay Idaho store for coming and rescuing my car out of the Taco Bell drive through. Out of all olaces for my car to make 2 screetching noises and just die. This young man stayed and figured out how to get my car out of rhe locked parked position. Then he pushed my car quite a ways to the outside of the parking lot. I am humbly grateful for him. Thank you, Sir.. !!!!

Guys seemed knowledgeable for the supply's I was getting. Still haven't installed them yet to see if they are correct but all update the review if necessary. Had to try them even though I love auto zone they make pulling up warranty info a piece of cake. But kept getting the wrong parts due to a worthless employee. So o'Reilly's don't let me down this is your chance to shine.

Helpful staff, found the earplugs I needed. Also was recommended a shop where I can find women's size small fully insulated work gloves, as the one of the men's girlfriend has small hands too. I appreciated that!

I bought a marine battery here. A few weeks later, I accidentally fully drained it, so I went back to get it revived. I'd done that at this location before, easy peasy. However this time was much different. I was the only one out of four other customers and two employees who was wearing a mask. When it was my turn, the employee was immediately rude to me, even though he was quite friendly with the gentleman just before me. He told me that they don't usually recharge batteries for customers, which is a lie. After pleading my case it became clear that he was not going to help me, so I walked away. It was blatantly obvious that he was denying me service because I was wearing a mask. O'REILLY had been my go-to shop for auto and battery needs in the past, but I'll be looking elsewhere after this experience.
