Customer Service promises one thing and does the other. Takes multiple calls over several weeks to get partial results. Every time I have to reexplain issue and why it has not be resolved as discussed with customer service. Dumpsters are not animal proof due to lids not being metal, but plastic. Bears just stand on lids and collapse lids in even when locked. If they are going to supply dumpsters in remote properties they need to use metal lids on dumpsters.Pickup Service has been great.

After trying to deal with their call center located in Los Angeles, I found out that the local office had no choice but to have the call center take over calls during the pandemic. BUT the office in Ponderay is open and you can stop by with any questions or requests. I needed a replacement garbage container and after speaking with Monique at the local office I had a new container the very same day! Stop in and they’ll gladly help.

These people are crooks plain and simple. I tried to cancel for months and they kept sending me a bill. I finally got ahold of a real person but they will not remove my charge even though I can prove I haven't lived there in 6 months. Sleazy people just trying to get money out of you.
