Customer Service promises one thing and does the other. Takes multiple calls over several weeks to get partial results. Every time I have to reexplain issue and why it has not be resolved as discussed with customer service. Dumpsters are not animal proof due to lids not being metal, but plastic. Bears just stand on lids and collapse lids in even when locked. If they are going to supply dumpsters in remote properties they need to use metal lids on dumpsters.Pickup Service has been great.

After trying to deal with their call center located in Los Angeles, I found out that the local office had no choice but to have the call center take over calls during the pandemic. BUT the office in Ponderay is open and you can stop by with any questions or requests. I needed a replacement garbage container and after speaking with Monique at the local office I had a new container the very same day! Stop in and they’ll gladly help.

These people are crooks plain and simple. I tried to cancel for months and they kept sending me a bill. I finally got ahold of a real person but they will not remove my charge even though I can prove I haven't lived there in 6 months. Sleazy people just trying to get money out of you. on hold for 30 min. call the local office and sit on hold for 30 min with a national call center for a simple disposal question and when I finally got someone they just hung up on me. another national or international company taking our money, outsourcing everything and providing sub par service. I guess its our fault though. Services: Junk removal, Yard debris removal

if you get the "service not available in your area" notification, email the main company. they are polite and prompt in getting back.

So, far our experience with Waste Management of Ponderay Idaho has been, shall we say, less than desireable. I’ve spoken with two different customer service reps on the phone, both were snotty and curt. We ordered a dumpster two weeks ago. When I called to inquire as to why the dumpster had not been delivered, I was told, “Well, I don’t know anything about that.” Then I was told we had to pay the full amount of delivery, the first dump, and the monthly rental up front before they will deliver. Something about paying for a service prior to getting a service doesn’t make sense to me. But, we did it. When we asked what time to expect the dumpster, we were told, “Sometime before noon.” Which was true! SIX FRICKIN HOURS BEFORE NOON! I really wish there was another waste collection agency in the area. I’d go with them, regardless of cost. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1, is because the guy that came out to check to see if there was enough space for the dumpster a couple weeks ago was, at least polite. Not professional. But polite.

Hours listed are incorrect. I called to inform them of that and also to ask a question. I haven't heard back, but to be fair I could have been away from my phone for a few minutes. Otherwise, service is usually very good.

I have been calling and leaving messages for three weeks and no response. I can not get help at my local facility or online. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

Can't reach anybody at the office, can't go into the office and can't get a call back. There's really no way to do business with this company.

Great service! If I ever need anything they are a huge help. And the employees who come out and pick up, are very friendly!
