Paid for a part never got a call to pick it up. Followed up the lost the transaction and I needed my receipt. Couldn't verify through my purchase history. Part was only $6 so not a great loss but lesson learned keep the receipt and follow up sooner when order's are expected to arrive and your haven't heard from them. Unorganized is the sense I get and customer service is nit top priority there.

If you are buying something that states a lifetime warranty don't rely on O'Reilly's honoring that. Bought "waterproof" trailer light with a lifetime warranty and used it probably 12 times and it stopped working. What do you do when a light doesn't work, take the cover off to see if a bulb is burnt out or if there's a bad connection, but because I took the unsealed plastic cover off they said they couldn't honor it. Will be taking all my business to NAPA Auto parts from now on.
