2 years ago they had the best team that they've ever had the four of them work together flawlessly and it was a decent place to come into to order parts and get parts for your car whatever happened those four disappeared within a year and a half the people they have in there now aren't bad but their attitudes tend to be sharp at times I have started ordering off of eBay and amazon but every once in awhile I do go in to check to see if they had parts and how much

Awesome awesome awesome customer Service and support at the Walla Walla, WA store location. I had purchased a window carriage regulator from an employee a few months back and after installing it on my 2002 Civic EX sedan, I had issues with the window rolling up all the way. After scouring YouTube University and sifting through Mechanical articles online to fix the issue, I ended up just accepting the fact that my window doesn’t roll up completely, thinking it’s my own error with installation. Today I felt like wandering around the store to browse the absolute best full stock shelves and really cool unique items not found anywhere else at terrific discount prices. After having an absolutely fantastic conversation with the most knowledgeable and friendly store employee by the name of “Teran”, I asked him about what he thought could be wrong with my window issue. After a quick search in the computer records he identified my problem and let me know that a previous employee accidentally sold me a window regulator designed for the 2002 Civic EX Coupe, not my car, which is the EX Sedan! Teran fastidiously went to my immediate aid and advocacy with the delightful and empathetic store manager. She quickly found a remedy for my problem and approved my return and replacement of the incorrect regulator to give me the correct product free of charge and ordered it to be delivered first thing in the morning!!!! Truly wonderful customer service and the absolute best experience! OReileys is the best Auto store for all your unique needs for the best price and with the greatest customer Service care ever! Thanks again Taren! I hope you get a pay raise and the store Manager receives a pay bonus! This experience took place on 12/12/2021 at 7pm ☺️

I asked for assistance I was looking for stop leak for radiator or possibly water pump couldn't get the worker to help me they had several choices and I wasn't sure what the best one was. When someone walks in and ask you to help them find something they should go help you if they're not too busy

Purchased a pair of snow cables 2 days later they broke so I called and was told I could get an exchange but then when I went into the store they told me they can't do anything except sell me new ones. Horrible service

Took two trys and 4 days to get the wrong part! Then I was told it's a 2002 what did I expect ? The customer service was the worst I've ever seen. I asked for the manager and was told he was the manager. Worse than McDonald's I will never buy anything from them again and I suggest you dont either.
