I say maby 4.5 star because they took care of me but it took a long time. I called needing dinem plate for floor of a small 40×48 trailer. I got cancer and need this to hall around scooter. They took long time to sell me a sheet. Then took some time to cut it. They could be faster but all that said they was very nice. This place dose a lot of steel work. I will go back for more if need more.

Delivery is cheaper than anywhere else I've called. The guys in the yard were super helpful and nice. The guys in the office are always helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. I don't go anywhere else and probably never will.

As a homeowner needing some steel posts for a big gate, I didn't know what I didn't know. The gent at the sales office was friendly and informative. The yard hand who picked, cut, and loaded my steel was helpful and indulged my questions about the steel yard and scrap business. All in all, a great experience.

They are knowledgeable, Scott in the warehouse is very helpful. They will try their best to get you what you need, and are very reasonable in price. Both their stock and the drop pile have always given us what we need, we will keep coming back here for all our metal needs!

Rip off prices! They are nearly double their local competitors pricing. Was quoted $97 for stick of hrew 1.75" .120 wall, rs wants only $64. Same with plate and sheet. Sorry bonner sold out to you. Pacific is a joke! Would give negative stars if possible.
