We called Triple A when our Sprinter van broke down, and they told us it would take around an hour for a truck. Trey from Park City Tow showed up within 15 minutes, with the right truck to haul the Sprinter safely to a nearby shop. He was super nice and professional, and even let our dog ride in the cab with us. I'm not familiar with this company nor have I used them, but one of their drivers was driving extremely reckless on the freeway. There was an exit coming up on this 3 lane highway where the 3rd/far right lane breaks off and he was in that lane while my wife & I were in the middle lane next to him. Mind you, we were going about the same speed and our cars were exactly side by side. It seemed pretty apparent this driver was in the wrong lane because as soon as the lanes were about to completely split, he begins to veer into my lane, AND THEN signal while still veering (I was honking the whole time by the way) , barely giving me a chance to react and almost hitting the car next to me. He forced me to veer into the other lane on the left, almost causing AT LEAST 2 accidents. You're a towing company, one of your main priorities should be driving properly and safely.

Park City Towing was at the scene shortly after the fire department put the fire in our truck out. We went to visit the lot the next day to see if there was anything salvageable from the truck. We had to call when we got to the gate and wait 5 minutes for someone to come and open it for us because we got there after hours. They had to look for the truck because it had been towed to an area they apparently don't usually use, but the guys seemed nice and helpful.

I called local company to help me jump start my vehicle. They were unable to accommodate me and recommended these guys. I feel fortunate to have spoken with and learned from “master” Blake. He not only used two jumpers because battery was so dead he eased my stress as they are out of the specific battery for my auto. He shared 8 out of 10 people can just get a jump and are fine! I also learned that you have to charge the car a specific way and take care if your battery. He was on time, professional, a true master of his work and bonus a great guy!This company has there act together! The woman I spoke with on the phone was also really nice 👍 and helpful. Extremely rude service. Not coordinated and extremely unhelpful. I do NOT recommend using this company if you can avoid it. They will take your car in, but make it extremely difficult to take it or anything else out. - unless you get Trey, Trey is awesome Service: Car towing

I had a blowout on the freeway at 5pm on a busy Friday afternoon on US40. Kolton from Park City Towing arrived about 10 minutes after my call for roadside assistance. Kolton was super friendly and professional when he called me to get my exact location. When he arrived he got right to work and quickly changed my tire and got me back on the road. I was so grateful for the fast, professional, courteous help!

Tom was great! Got to me near Tollgate Rd in short order. Got my truck towed back to Evanston without a hitch. Good company along the trip to Evanston.

If you're going to have your car impounded, might as well have it impounded by these friendly guys...Funny thing is that having the car impounded and stored for the week was relatively cheap parking compared to big cities.

The workers at this company are the kindest I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in Park City. I accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle and Blake came quickly, was so friendly, and even gave my two little girls some princess stickers. I also needed their services when my Outlander got stuck on an especially snowy hill, only a couple feet from my house.The serviceman didn’t even charge me—even though it was a small tow job, it was definitely in his power to ask for something.
