My car got towed Saturday night and I couldn't get it out until Sunday and they won't answer the phone I have to work for the next 2 weeks they finally answered the phone but they are closed and still can't get my car

They helped get mom's mirror thawed out and gave advice on frozen ddors

Had a tow and starter replacement done and they completed the task quickly and cheaper than their estimate. Great and honest repair in addition to the lady running the office was a delight. Couldn't reccomend higher and I will go back whenever the need arises!

Excellent service I had contacted another company first big mistake after 6 hrs they still never showed so then I ran across Penwheels number the best thing possible now it was 2 am at this point and he was still willing to help me out with a great price so told him where my truck was broke down at on 35 in Chillicothe and within a hour he had it loaded and dropped in Jackson. Best service could ever ask for. Will definitely use again but hopefully won't be so late 😀 Thanks again guys definite repeat customer*******

I had been driving through Ohio from Wisconsin, headed to North Carolina when I crashed my car up pretty bad. The genuine care I got being a customer from the tow, to picking up my things in my car the next day was beyond exceptional. So friendly and helpful!!
