I can't tell you how blessed I felt when I left there this morning! I was on my way to Colorado from Santa Fe, when I found that my tire was almost flat when I got in my car!! well with it being Sunday and nobody really being open accept Pep Boys.. Lucky me because when they took my car in & they found that there was a screw in there & they were so kind to not charge me!!! I would highly recommend! That was so considerate of them,being I was already an hour and a half behind in time! But I made it to Colorado in perfect timing and wouldn't have made it without them! thank God for Pep Boys!! We ended up with a flat tire and had to tow to this pep boys with less than an hour before closing. Not only did they take us on super short notice, but they were incredibly timely and reasonably priced. They patched the tire and we were on our way within 30 minutes, thanks so much Cruze and staff.

Our experience was both good and bad.First, the good... The staff at this location is made up of professional, hardworking, kind individuals who are doing the best they can to get the job done, and they should be commended for their efforts when they are clearly painfully understaffed. The staff was communicative, patient, and they acknowledged our frustration with how our appointment went. They are the reason I gave this location three stars instead of one.Now, the bad... This location is terribly understaffed. My husband and I made an appointment to get tires put on a vehicle, and the work wasn't even started until 3 hours after our scheduled appointment time. We dropped our vehicle off in the early afternoon and didn't get it back until closing time, which meant we wasted half a day off in a holding pattern when we had a ton of other important tasks that needed doing. We were not happy.Pep Boys- I don't know what exactly is going on or what can be done to fix it, but if your situation is like most others this problem is likely secondary to you not taking good enough care of your people.This location has some great employees, I hope you appreciate that. And they need help, badly.Please figure it out and find ways to hire and retain quality humans, because as of now we probably will not be back and we do need a few more things done.

Obviously a person needs to be a Beautiful woman to get any help from posts previous on Tire repair. I purchased tires less than a year ago from Cerrillos location and a selling point was no hassle free tire repair. Monday I called and asked if I can swing by to get this fixed, Sure come on in I was told, then when I indicated I quilify for free repair , I was told buuuut I will not be able to get to it until 5 or 6 ( 8 hour wait time?) Or bring it in tomorrow, so I arrive early Tuesday morning and was told Oh I'm swamped can't get to it until Friday. It's perfectly fine if a tech does not want to work for free , if hourly or by the job but lose the Free tire repair as a selling point. It turns People away from future purchases over something very minor.

Cruz and his crew were awesome!!! They took care of my issues very professionally, they were friendly and kind, and they made me feel like they want my business!!!! Thanks AJ!! Thanks Jesus! They were all great despite being slammed

Cruz is the best, if he ever asks for a pay raise he should get it because that man is the face of pep boys santa fe and knows what he's doing. He's awesome to work with.

First time in Santa Fe. Arrived @ 4 p.m. needing assistance with tires. Stopped at Pep Boys and received wonderful service. Staff were friendly and very willing to address the issue.

I received Fast and friendly service at the last minute to ha e tires replaced.

Retail store was closed, but the service area was open, so I was able to get the wiper blades I needed. Attendant was very nice and did the installation for me.
