Needed to tow my car from from my old rented house. Scheduled a tow waited an hour and half in my car they never called. I called them, they said they had to go to a wreck (fine I understand, but call to let me know). I reschedule. Next day. They are 30 min late no call, I call. They say on their way. 1 hour later nothing, I cancel… I think, nobody picked up the phone! This isn’t business, it is a joke.Service: Car towing

The driver I worked with was very nice and extremely professional and handled my car with care after it broke down for a battery issue.However, the dispatch lady was very rude. She initially gave an ETA of 2 hours and said she'd try to get someone to me sooner. After 2 hours I called her to check on the status, she said the driver was on their way and left a few minutes prior. After 4 hours I call again and she said they'd be pulling in any minute. They showed up after 4h20min. She was never apologetic about any of it. When I called her out on her lack of communication she threatened to cancel!It's absolutely OK to be busy and to have long wait times (even if I had to wait 24 hours). What's not Ok is leaving people in the dark and not communicating with them after you give them an ETA.Service: Long distance hauling

Our RV broke down about 100 miles from home. Not knowing who could help us, we made 4 calls to different towing companies. The last person gave us Bob’s number, and what a lucky thing that turned out to be. Bob showed up quickly and got us hooked up and headed home. What a relief. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He turned our stressful situation into a pleasant experience. (Well, as much as it could be, under the circumstances).We’re so thankful we were able to have Bob come to our rescue. They were prompt, fast, professional and friendly, to the point where it turned a midnight nightmare stranded on side of the road, into a bit of an adventure instead.Driver even helped push the car into my garage when we got back home, and give me some suggestions that turned out to be spot on as far as insurance coverage. Also seem to know exactly how to tow my car, rather than guessing like most.This all happened after midnight on a Friday night, with very few delays, and the rates were very reasonable!

Anaya’s Towing was amazing! Made the mistake of going through my insurance company instead of just calling them immediately. Eight hours, and three canceled dispatched local tow companies (they all called, said they were coming, and then just never showed up. Not even a courtesy “we’re not coming”) later I had had enough. I called them at 8:30 last night while it was snowing and they arrived in less than 25 minutes. I was on the north side of town by St. John’s. Took great care of my car and maneuvered it amazingly. I busted the front steering mechanism so there was no connection between my steering wheel and the tires. Not an easy tow but they made it look effortless! It was also very reasonable pricing for the fact that it was late and snowing.They are truly the best in town!

They were very helpful. They dropped my husband off at his work and me at mine before taking our vehicle to the shop. I recommend them highly.
