An American overweight lady was being rude to an older Asian lady at front desk. It was a very upsetting and uncomfortable situation, my first time experiencing being at the yard, rating -9000/10, Aura lost -1 million, don’t come here G

Love coming here to walk around for excerise and look at the cars but the staff is generally rude and the prices are crazy. Could probably buy most the parts for cheaper brand new and not have to remove them. Only some parts have good pricing

Went in to pull a couple spoilers off some Nissan pathfinders, $75 for two, they usually sell for $120$-150 a piece on eBay. I’ve seen the reviews of this place and cringed when I approached the doorway but it wasn’t all that bad. As soon as you walk in you sign in at the tablet and then proceed to the back exit to enter the yard, they have portapotties - the bathrooms inside are employeees only. Just go get your parts, come back in and when you get to the counter tell them immediately what parts they are and how many cars you pulled them off - they need to find the parts in the system and let’s be honest - not everyone at the front desk is going to know what you have on the table - this reduces any unwanted sour behavior from employees. And lastly don’t expect a kiss on the cheek - which it appears some of you in the reviews expect… Go in - be clear - get out.

I am extremely frustrated with the service. The associates here are consistently unhelpful and downright unwilling to assist in any way. I've been in several situations with broken-down cars where I've needed just a little help, and they refused to do anything—even something as simple as looking out the door for me. My most recent experience was the worst yet. I was stranded and needed to take an Uber to get there. Despite their posted closing time being 6 PM, I arrived just after 5:30 PM, only to be turned away at the door. They wouldn't even let me in, leaving me with no choice but to walk miles back. What exactly happens between 5:30 and 6 PM that they can't let a paying customer in? It's infuriating and completely unacceptable. I won't be coming back here and would advise others to avoid this place as well. If you're looking for any semblance of customer service, this is not the place to find it.

Mostly leaving this review because of their absolutely insane prices, often nearly the same price as new, no negotiation, $3 entry is annoying. $36 each for 25 year old plastic fender flares?? Have had a general repeated poor experience here. I recommend going to Canada for far better prices, no entry cost, better selection, much more helpful staff, negotiation, and an overall better experience.

Went in on half price weekend. Really good inventory selection, cars are not overly picked. 2 bucks to get in, 1 dollar if you join their loyalty program (free). Only "downside" would be their staff demeanor, but come on. You are getting killer deals on parts. Get what you pay for? Not a big enough issue to keep me away.

Staff was horribly rude and Mean i saw them bully customers infront of me for no reason overcharged. Condescending worst customer service ive ever experienced were extremely rude to me These people don't deserve jobs. After digging around sweating pulling rusty bolts in oily mud for hours I am charged the same as it would to but the parts new. Absolutely disgusting.

Cashier attendant was awesome. She gave my husband and I both a bottle of cold water. Without having to ask she knew we were in need of a drink. Very very hot day. Thought it was great to see she cared for her customers. Keep you the great customer service.

Low staff, sharee seemed like she didn't want to service costumers and was condescending. She insisted I drive an hour to her location to look at a sticker on a vehicle instead of her actually taking 3-5 mins to go outside and look and give me the information needed on it. Should of been in the system? Very lazy. Not sure what she gets paid to do but she seemed to be having a slow Monday and still blamed it on being understaffed. Not a good experience with the location at all.

Racist employees and cashier overcharged someone and was only offering store credit. Very dismissive and rude employees go to braven instead.

This place needs to update their prices. I went in to buy a part that costs $19.99 brand new and they wanted to charge me nearly $50 for this part used plus the part was broken on one side and cracked in the middle. The lady at the front told me to go buy it brand new so I left and I will and now I'm here telling people to do the same. It's not worth all the work that you have to do and put in and add buying parts that are two or even three times as much as they cost brand new.

Marina is an EXTREME RACISIST. I personally watched this person blow off customers that don’t speak English. She obnoxiously spoke in broken English to get a “point across” then told the customers “we’ll go somewhere else” all of this happened as we ourselves were asked to step off to the side because this lady assumed I didn’t speak English. After witnessing these interactions I asked why we hadn’t been help. One employee looked uncomfortable and said “I’m not sure hold on” and asked the black haired lady. She loudly said THOSE PEOPLE NEED TO WAIT. When I asked why she realized I spoke English and got some one right away. If these are the types of employees they have as a “manager” well I will NEVER recommend this place. My first and last experience here!!!

This to me is just a fun place to go and tinker around. I used to build engins and transmissions he'll rebuild whole cars from these places long time ago before on board computers got put all over every rig. For literally every system it's just not worth the money but still fun to go here with friends to see what is new and maybe there in need of a part

Nice people big yard, I came to get a spare and found one that fits my minivan. Didn't take me too long and they let me borrow the tool to remove it. I'll be coming back to sell them my truck that I'm junking. They know the procedure and told me exactly what I needed to do, all the documents required and even gave me a quote for how much they'll give me for it. All I need to do is sign the title and schedule the pickup time. They also give veterans discounts, 10%

I was at the Arlington store and the tablet to sign in was not working correctly and the women behind the counter wouldnt give me the time of day for any help i was the only one in there besides her friend she was engaged in a very important conversation with i left after not being helped after standing there for quite a few moments all she could grunt was use your fingers which i was so a 60 mile round trip to be treated the worst ive ever been treated in my life i would recomend some employee reorganization.

Absolute bottom of the line junk for extra premium prices. It's really starting to show. No one is buying anything but little things. Stuff is sitting for months and months with nothing pulled. Don't you think you might make a better profit if things were priced accordingly? Your clientele isn't rich people. It's poor people trying to get to work. I'm not buying parts for my Lamborghini.

Don't go there. Simple as that. As of recently, Everytime I get parts from there, I see new ones on Amazon for cheaper (and new) the staff arent all rude, (but most are) especially the the one in the office to the left when you come through the entrance.if I have to go back there and she has attitude again, I'll offer to slap her face for free. On the house I swear to God.

Makes me happy to see all the negative reviews and single stars on here because I went to the Arlington "Pick N' Throw" cause after spending an hour hack sawing thru the back seat metal frame of a mazda to pull a fuel pump just for this heavy bish I nicknamed "Qheen Fupa" to try and charge me $79!!! I looked at the part price 5 min before walking in and they have it priced for $17.99 for mechanical, which is the one I pulled and $41 for electrical. So I threw that pump at the ground and bounced out with both fingers up "kid rock" style. They are crooks. Prob pocketing what they get for over charging to go spend it at the tavern after work.

Super easy and the people are nice. Resonable prices! Got a window for 20 bucks. Their website is a little confusing. I couldn't find a price for just a window and I was expecting to pay 40 bucks.

The people who work at this pick and pull are clearly of a lower intelligence level.Maybe that of a slug or a snail period. I called this pick and pull to ask if they had a part for a 94 to 97 Ford Ranger. They told me they had it.I went there. They didn't have it.They didn't have those cars there and then they wouldn't let me look around the lot just to see if there was other cars I might be interested in.

LOOK HOW MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE>>>..... I live 2 hours away from this place, i was in need of a upper control arm for a 93 dakota 4x4. There inventory on line says they have 2 dakotas in the year I need. I asked if they could tell me if the trucks they have still have an upper control arm on them...But you get no help from her, She said I had to make the trip and see for myself , and thats about all the help if you call it that from her... Whats it take to have someone thru out the day check on the truck they have visually to see if they did have it, But Nope they dont do that even if your coming from 300 miles away...and you cant buy on line I found a much better place in Port Orchard who actually sold the same part for the same price and they pulled it for me. They had excellent customer service, unlike these people.Who ever she is taking phone calls should get a job she actually likes, she should apply for Burger king drive thru

Frequent Tumwater and Tacoma locations w/good results. Tacoma told my bestie that they had his Nissan Altima parts at the Arlington location. Trying to take advantage of the sale, we drove up there. The beefy lady at the counter was rude af. Upon general inquiry, she insisted that the parts wouldn't fit his car. Then, she wouldn't say where in the yard the car was when specifucally asked. Waste of time walking aisles without finding car, plus gas money and traffic time back to Olympia. Drove to Portland today and got the parts. Found out she's only been there three weeks and didn't understand the compatibility amongst the 6 generations of parts, yet gave no indication that she may have been mistaken. I suggest she considers a career change, as customer service is not her calling.

glad I drove an hour in heavy traffic to be turned away before actual closing time because they assumed it would take too long to get the part I needed. it's just a switch that literally takes 3 seconds to pop out of a hatch. I'll stick to buying parts online in the future and save myself the hassle.

Walked in staff was downright rude told me that I could not be in there I had a mask on I am of age was well dressed and was told that I was not allowed to be there kicked me out and then told me I could not sit in the parking lot waiting for my friend to get back out it was his car he had the keys and the manager expected me to just be able to walk home I was yelled at several more times before finally leaving and waiting for my friend out on the road

I don't understand why people are complaining about the junkyard and how much the person at the counter knows. If you're going to a junkyard you should know everything that you need to know or else you have no business at a junkyard and people complain about the prices you can get parts here for 15 bucks that would cost you $400 in the store. It's a junkyard it is what it is stop being a spoiled little kid that just complains about everything!
