Pick-n-Pull JunkYard Reviews

Pick n pull is a decent chain auto yard but this particular location has some of the most consistently bad attitude employees I've seen. Slow service with them and their systems so you'll be in line for quite a while. And don't forget a mask because they'll rudely tell you to "get out of my building". Apart from the very poor service the yard is decently organized, not as well as other locations, and is riddled with deep holes and puddles all over the place. Lots of garbage and junk parts scattered across the yard to boot.

If I could give 0 I would Maria is quite really the rudest person I've ever dealt with at any store. She shouldn't have a job at all. Worst customer service experience I've ever had 2 hours to drop off a car fully legal and it takes 2 hours and then be told the people behind us were here first nah last time I'll be here

This place is a joke the employees are very rude. Way overpriced. $75 for a/c compressor that’s been sitting in the rain for months? And don’t even know if it works or not? Going to auto zone and buying a new one for cheaper.

It's exactly what you expect. They're pretty organized so they were able to direct me to exactly the vehicle I wanted. $2 entry fee but there's 30 day returns and exchanges so that's worth it.

While I'll say the store itself isn't that bad. The (I'm assuming manager) Maria is just awful though. She makes up her own prices that are just way to much. I came in for a control module....online control modules are listed for 20$. She said it was a "brainbox" for 85. Even there own online site says a brain box is still only listed for 52. When I mentioned online control modules say there only 20. She got super snappy and acted like I was stupid. Even though she was the one not understanding that a control module is a control module and not her made up 85$ "brainbox". The other staff I've dealt with are nice but I really don't know if I'll go back simply because I don't want to deal with someone blatantly trying to steal from me.

Went in on half price weekend. Really good inventory selection, cars are not overly picked. 2 bucks to get in, 1 dollar if you join their loyalty program (free). Only "downside" would be their staff demeanor, but come on. You are getting killer deals on parts. Get what you pay for? Not a big enough issue to keep me away.

This place was immaculate when it first opened as pull a part, since Pick n Pull took over you can tell cleanliness is their least priority. It is however, a junk yard so it doesn't need to be pretty to get the job done. Their online pricing is vague to say the least and they always err on the side that makes the most money. Parts are always upgraded to the most expensive. Wait for 50% off days to save money.

This to me is just a fun place to go and tinker around. I used to build engins and transmissions he'll rebuild whole cars from these places long time ago before on board computers got put all over every rig. For literally every system it's just not worth the money but still fun to go here with friends to see what is new and maybe there in need of a part

Walked in staff was downright rude told me that I could not be in there I had a mask on I am of age was well dressed and was told that I was not allowed to be there kicked me out and then told me I could not sit in the parking lot waiting for my friend to get back out it was his car he had the keys and the manager expected me to just be able to walk home I was yelled at several more times before finally leaving and waiting for my friend out on the road

Been there before. Prices gone over, Robert F. wasn't fair in the Prices compared to the same items purchased in Lynwood, are not the same. It was higher than usual. Compared the prices on the wall, but they don't match. Think of reconsidering Arlington Prices, are too high. I quit coming there. Marina the manager was busy, gave the other guy Discounts, probably it just family 👪, or national family get discounts. Unfair to outsiders coming so far to get simple parts! Arlington thanks awhole lot, this is it for us! Jeep Cherokee one in a billion you have 8 in the lot and mostly stripe by bums getting 😳 copper wire. Nice one for their team.
