The crew has always been helpful in the years I have come here. I came in recently to get a radiator and had the normal banter at the counter with one of the employees. Upon leaving I was approached outside by the manager Joe Pedroza. He proceeded to apologize for the counter persons attitude. I was confused and explained that I have been coming here for years and I love these women and their attitude was absolutely wonderful and I had no complaints. I was completely embarrassed for this employee because she did nothing wrong and he kept insisting that she shouldn't talk to customers the way she talked to me. I am still confused because all she did was talk to me like I was a friend. I would have given the location 5 stars but what kind of manager is going to go out of their way to shit talk an employee to a customer and then disagree with the customer and try to convince them that they don't need employees like that working there. Personally I think pick n pull 100% needs people like her and not managers like him. Stepping on good employees to build yourself up is one of my triggers. I was always told to keep it to yourself if you can't say something nice but this has been eating at me. Do better choosing management pick n pull.

LOL how many places have eight 1-star consecutive reviews. Go somewhere else, kings. I won’t even call the service their ‘bad customer service’. It feels like they’re just looking for outlets to be sassy and spit venom at you. Someone go buy them some coffee and donuts because dam.

The white lady at the front desk is extremely racist and disrespectful. She has short dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. I heard her harassing customers on the phone and she was being rude to an old man who needed assistance. She asked for my ID because she said I look under 26, but on the website it says 16 years or older can come inside. I clearly look over 16 and I happened to not have my ID so I offered to show a picture and she said she would not let me in with a picture of it. Since when do they discriminate on age? I have never gone to a junk yard that asks for an ID , this isn’t a club? I will be taking my situation and escalating it to corporate. She clearly doesn’t want to be there and when I tired reporting her the other ladies at this location did nothing about it. Very unprofessional and unkind.
