The Yard itself was huge, and had tons of different vehicles to walk around and look at. Some of the people also walking the lot were interesting. $1 entry fee and then whatever you pull is priced at the window when you leave. Bring your own tools, you’ll save money. I hate to say this, but they never answer the phone and they are super super staffed. If you want to go, check the hours here on maps.

Elderly woman with white hair who was on the sales part of the yard got angry because I grabbed a mirror. She first complained and said “you and everyone else trying to save money only grabbing the mirror part” Said “it wasn’t in her system”. I simply asked “how is that the customers fault?” And she said you know what you can’t buy it then and refused to sell it to me. Horrible service. Also critiqued me for trying to save money only buying the mirror part when the housing for it was broken already so why would I buy that too?? Is that not also the point of buying used parts lady??? Harassing people for what specific parts they bought is never anything I’ve ran into at a junkyard before. Ridiculous behavior

Two dollar entry fees is not that bad, then you find out their part prices are HIGH!! $84 for a front fender, that I could get for $33 at another scrapyard. You want cheap, don't go here. Their parts are gold plated!!

My experience with Pick-n-Pull in Little Rock was fantastic, The Weeknd staff was extremely helpful, from the manager to the lady at the entrance window, they were extremely courteous, and knowledgeable about the inventory and the interchangeable year models. I am disabled, with a brain injury and kidney failure and with the heat really wouldn't be able to just walk around too much looking for the part I needed, but thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful staff I was able to go directly to the vehicle most likely to have it and remove it without wasting valuable time in the heat. Even felt that they were keeping an eye on me to ensure that I was physically ok. Thank you, they don't get paid extra to care, but they do anyway

Had a good experience with Heather on the phone today. I called to try to sell my car and only waited a couple minutes to speak to someone. I was asked some questions and given a quote. Pleasant, straight-forward experience.

There were way to many people there today. Stood in line for over 20 minutes and only 1 person was let in, 12 people ahead of me and 4 behind with just 1 check-in person. That was ridiculous, I left.

First time at a pick n pull very friendly, but I was under the impression that if I paid w card I could get a refund as their posted up paper says “No Cash Refunds,Store Credit.” Very misleading, wouldn’t have used my last $50 on a tire when I would only get store credit back…. When they don’t have any other ones for my car.

They made me leave my part at the desk instead of letting me match it up if I found one. Which I didn't! So I went to get it and leave and they had thrown it away and the woman was rude as she could be and tried to say it wasn't her job to keep up with it! But I couldn't take it in! I didn't get any help!

I've been coming to this location for years and will shop elsewhere from now on. They raised the entry price from $1 to $2, no other salvage yard charges for entry. No thank you for the disgusting stamp you have placed on many others hands. No wheelbarrows at 8:30 am on a weekday. No batteries. Over priced for many parts you can get for brand new online. Environmental charge of $6. Will not be back!

Not only do they scam people into buying a "set of rims" that they have set out. Then when you realize that a total different rim is on the bottom they convince you that a total different set that's not even meant for your vehicle will fit, and if they don't come back in the morning for a refund because they didn’t wanna go the “refund route”. So as soon as you realize they wont fit they wont offer a refund but instead BAN you from the store. That is the most unprofessional way of doing business ever. That is the owners words too. If you didn't want to do business that way please talk to your managers because that's what he said. I hope y'all lose business.

You get in for $1 and find and remove what you need. Pretty simple stuff. For what I got, the pricing was completely reasonable. Only been once, but plan on going again for sure. Take a wheel barrow or cart to carry your tools. It's a big lot and a 25 pound tool bag starts to add up fast when your walking across the lot.

Wear boots and bring gloves. The $1 entry fee makes it not as painful when you go looking for a specific part and get to the car just to learn someone destroyed it in an effort to steal a headlight bulb. Hit or miss on finding what you need.

Prices have gone up and it makes no sense to break your back pulling parts off old vehicles when you can, most of the time, buy brand new from rockauto or used off fb marketplace for nearly the same price. They never have any wheelbarrows and if they do they’re busted up. Dixon road salvage yard has much better prices and it’s far cleaner, they just have less inventory.

How do I begin??? We arrived at this place. The tattooed lady at the window was Rude as hell. She acted like we had been there before and knew what to do. Every time we asked a question she got more rude. After being so rude she charged us $1 each to enter the property. I thought we were going inside an amusement park. She stamped our arms in case we wanted to re enter the park. There was no cotton candy or funnel cakes to be found. I am so unhappy I will not bring my children there again!!

I called to get a quote, spoke to lady named VERONICA . VERY FIRST THING I TOLD HER WAS THAT I DIDNT HAVE THE TITLE. SHE PROCEEDED TO HOLD ME HOSTAGE ON THE PHONE FOR WELL OVER 15 MINUTES, AND EVEN GAVE ME A QUOTE, THEN SAID TO ME, "BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE TITLE". SHE WAS LIKE A ROBOT . WITH A WIRE LOOSE

So now they are charging a "core charge" for aluminum rims that was not included in the quoted price. The man at the register said they just changed prices Tuesday, which was the exact same thing they told the guy in front of me who they also quoted the wrong price to. And they want to charge an "environmental fee" on everything, including the lug nuts i was planning to get. They are playing games here now. Expect to pay much more than you are quoted.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars for the rude way that lady handled herself at the front when i asked if they sold batteries( even tho online they show they do sale them they don't ). They never answer the phone and they are not even busy. i walked to the lot from my house 20 minutes to ask for the battery and this is the customer service you have please shut it down if you don't have the right people there to do the job right. nobody needs to be treated this way. GROW UP!!!!!!!! FYI: I definitely have video of some workers up there not answering the phone while the person calling is right Infront of them in line. Even while they just sit there and laugh at each other worst yard I've ever been to.

$1 entry fee. They give you a printout of where you should find vehicles compatible with the part you're looking for. Seemed reasonably priced. Paid $9.49 for a seat switch that I could find online for the best price of $93.27. Tried it out in their parking area and it worked fine, though I could have exchanged it for credit if it didn't.

I used to pay $1 and sign in to go look for parts but the last 2 times ive been during business hours ive had to walk away due to rudeness from employees and go to the one on down the road. I still use this pick and pull but i only shop here after hours now. They have a parking spot in the woods beside the place and you can access from the back entrence for free and you get less hassel from employees this way. Would ONLY recommend shopping here after hours.

Great chance to find your part at a cheap price and learn how to pull it before installing it on your own vehicle. As long as there is supply of your car it's an awesome place. I can never seem to find Sedonas here for example but tons of Sonatas.

I would love to give this place less than one star. They absolutely are not customer friendly even though all their advertisements that store hours are till 5 they close at 4:30 we're not allowed to get our part even though we still had 30 minutes to go pull one little part with two bolts. I would not recommend Pick-n-Pull to anybody at all, not even Satan himself.

Customer service is very rude. If you call them they will let the phone ring and ring and if they do pick it up it is only to lay it on the counter and walk off. I could hear their conversations with guests. I sat there for 15 minutes and finally gave up. They never said a word just took the phone off the hook. Today I call and I get no answer. First part of the day busy signal. Surr they took phone off hook again. Anytime I have visited, the ladies in the shack are very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You others who said that the cs was great need to raise your standards. They need us to survive. We don't need them. There are plenty of salvage yards. Call u pull it on Dixon road. That is good customer service. PickNPull should train there staff. Tell them to smile and greet their customers not just take you dollar and slap a stamp on your hand... will not go back. Good luck.

It's an alright place. Problem is I live 45 minutes away and If I need a good part cheap I have to make the drive. I call and call and call, can't get a soul to answer the phone. The closest I get to someone answering is when they pick up and hang up. Must need someone to man phones at all times

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I tried to pay to get into the place but the lady that was in the booth at the time had a real bad attitude with me. I was waiting for this gentleman to settle his bill collect his parts and go. After he had left I was next in line but she told me to step aside so that the next person to collect parts and leave could go before me even though I had been waiting there longer, and even then the people behind me got to go before I did. I can guarantee I will never be back there EVER again. It's an extremely shady place, so if your looking to be mistreated and shoved aside this is the place for u otherwise I would warn u to stay far away from this place.

You have one employee who likes to wear a yellow vest that hates to make you money. apparently checking out at 5:04 pm is a no go even though I was willing to pay cash. Awful business concept becuase I had a wheelbarrow full of parts ready to pay and he continued to say how he would like to go home. he referred to it that this is like a casino once it is closed its closed. Thankfully a nice lady helped me and was willing to take my money so I can leave with the parts I needed. I hope his customer service improves so your business can make a better profit i was only attempting to check out not pull more parts after close.

I pray it changes it's policies on stranger danger in the actual part yard itself. It needs to have a placed camera, every angle. Also a bundle of employees to not only help you find the part, etc. , you need also have customers to protect! Great service to anyone looking to make a deal for just about every vehicle@

They have lots of cars from which one can choose parts from. There is almost all certainty that you will get what you are looking for. You pay $1 at the entrance and you can go and pull whatever part you want to pull. I will strongly advise that you come with your equipment as they do not provide tools to pull the parts. In the best interest of everyone, I will also advise that you go there with an experienced mechanic to pull the parts.

Their great if your model car is known for breaking down or being a wreck magnet. Prices are usually the most competitive over all other salvage yards. And if you're lucky enough to be there when they get fresh arrivals you just might be able to come out of there with everything from a almost new transmission to complete New like interior.

Perhaps all the other bad (and unfortunately accurate) review crowded out my comments here or they just reported them so they would be removed. Either way, these guys are a**holes and their prices are exhorbitant. Every negative thing you read here is absolutely true. Buyer beware. Worst run business I've been to in years and the customer service , oh where do I begin. The employees have disgusting attitudes toward customers and it seems they have forgotten that the only thing they have been able to accomplish in life is to score a job working for a junkyard. Yeah, winning.
