WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I tried to pay to get into the place but the lady that was in the booth at the time had a real bad attitude with me. I was waiting for this gentleman to settle his bill collect his parts and go. After he had left I was next in line but she told me to step aside so that the next person to collect parts and leave could go before me even though I had been waiting there longer, and even then the people behind me got to go before I did. I can guarantee I will never be back there EVER again. It's an extremely shady place, so if your looking to be mistreated and shoved aside this is the place for u otherwise I would warn u to stay far away from this place.

Cone here often for parts, prices are okay, vehicles can be easy to find. Its about a 60% chance you part is here. Your old car probably is too, have recognized multiple vehicles throughout vists

Horrible service won’t even answer the phone when they’re open! They’ll sit there and let it ring look at it and let it ring more!

Best place ever I love pulling parts, and digging thru the vehicles and seeing what all they have.

Closed gates 30 minutes early so you can't get in unless you know someone. I suggest you check the website first to see if the vehicle you're looking for is on the lot; the staff is nice but doesn't know much.

Lady working the front was very rude. May have been overwhelmed. Either way, you don't take it out on customers. Very stressful and exhausting experience.

I sat in the car while my ex when in to get the part. Not sure how they are organized. Don't know if they keep an inventory of parts. I do know that they keep a tight shop of keeping track of what you take in and what you take out. I thought it was funny that they charged a $1 admission just to enter the place.

Wear boots and bring gloves. The $1 entry fee makes it not as painful when you go looking for a specific part and get to the car just to learn someone destroyed it in an effort to steal a headlight bulb. Hit or miss on finding what you need.

Shouldn't have to pay a dollar just to look. Very difficult to find tires on wheels or wheels here now, they let tire shops come in and buy them in bulk weekly and they take the wheels off and package them to send off for recycling. U-Pull-It opened another location on Dixion road after selling this location to them, it is better in terms of the issues I mentioned here..

A great place to go find parts for your vehicle. The staff is always helpful. I've never had any problems, and I've been going here for many years.Sometimes you find what your looking for, and other times not so much. If it's not a part you have to have that day, check back later as they always have vehicles coming to the yard.It's a lot cheaper than dealer parts or aftermarket parts. Save yourself some money, Pick-n-Pull the part yourself.
