Your first time? The guys that work here are so helpful. Very professional and help in anyway they can to find what your looking for. It is a first come first pick off from the vehicle and lots of parts to look for. Unfortunately the car parts I needed got salvaged so fast they came in the day before and when I came in first thing morning it was down to the frame already. Good luck part hunting. Oh and make sure you bring your own tools to remove parts. Also, admission fee to enter as well.

Ryan was awesome and helpful. Haven’t been to one in a hot minute and forgot you have to pay to get in. When you enter you sign a waiver form and pay at the clerk. I asked for inventory for a specific vehicle and Ryan helped me locate one.

If you're a freedom and liberty minded person, don't go here. The employees are maskhole bootlickers who want to force you to wear useless masks that don't protect you, all so you can go out into an open air junkyard when you're getting parts off a car. Don't give cucks your business.

Super rude on the mask . Yelled at me to put it on as I was putting it on . I turned around and went to I pull u pull the mask isn’t an issue there. Rancho pick and pull just let’s you go in they don’t play mask police.

Back Customer Service. There are 2 clerks working. 1 checking people in and 1 checking people out. I’m waiting in line to check in and the clerk checking us in starts helping the check out customers while the other clerk is also checking out customers. In the meantime there are 6-7 customers waiting to check in

Terrible prices. Charging me $120 for a complete set of 1998 Civic taillights. Counted then as 4 piece "large" taillights. Gimme a break. I come to pick n pull to save money, not get bent over.
