Great selection, friendly knowledgeable service. Vehicles were easy to access and offers returns on used parts if they aren't an exact fit which is very convenient. Prices for the parts I needed were extremely reasonable. Definitely will return in the future if needed.

They had my part, however they had two less vehicles than initially quoted on the lot so be sure to call before you leave to check inventory. The employees all had an attitude for some reason, but didn't ruin my mood I'll give it 3 stars for having the part, prices were fair.

Most all the staff are helpful and friendly. I come at times that I only really ever work with Melissa; whom is very knowledgeable and helpful and both Chris's which are always very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly as well. Pretty good selection, and mainly the prices are fair. Only advice I have is make sure you are being charged for the proper part type, as it's easy while checking out to have the wrong part type entered and it can be the difference of $3 vs $40 😂 more or less depending on the part of course. Also, if you don't ever see a specific type of vehicle you might need just mention it to management and they will definitely help to get something to the yard which was super helpful for me and impressed me they went above and beyond to bring what I needed in give or takes couple years. Overall, awesome place to burn a few hours at if you have the time with some great people. F

If they have your vehicle, it's the cheapest place to get any part. You can look online to see if they have your make/model. They will not tell you if the specific part is still on the vehicle. You have to go see it, but it is worth it if they do.

These people are unprofessional and very unhelpful. We drove forty miles for them to tell us they can't show us anything they can't guide us to find a part in the yard. It is not a family friend place. It is not a woman friendly place. I was spoken to so unprofessionally. And their customer service is non existent. Please know exactly what you are looking for with people with tools before coming into this place. You can not treat it like a part shop and I wish they would put that on the website or on the door. Waste of time.

Hands down best self service yard in the PNW! Staff that makes you feel like family and a great selection of parts, much less picked over than the other locations.

Really stupid, their sign says they close at 5pm but the fat a$$ at the counter won't let you look at tires at 4:15 because the yard closes at 4:30. The tires are not located in the yard they are In the main building. The guy is rude every time I go there. Seriously he shouldn't be working around any customers if at all.

I had no idea when they closed the yard and as it turned out, I showed up with a minute left. Instead of dismissing me and shooing me off until tomorrow, the woman behind the counter welcomed me in and in turn i told her that I would just make sure they had the part and would come back tomorrow when they were open and I would have more time to pull the part. Excellent customer service! I'll definitely be back. Thank you for helping to restore my confidence in the retail professional.

The staff can't be bothered to do a quick search for you. Drove 2 hours out of my way to come up here to pull a quick part only for them to deny me because they close the yard at 4:30, not 5:00 as it says

It costs $3 just to look at the tires & wheels for sale? I'm trying to imagine Discount Tire collecting a cover charge to get in. And all the good stuff is stacked outside and saved for their commercial buyers, so good luck finding anything decent

This place is only getting 1 star cause it won't allow me to select 0 star. This place is not honest. They overcharged me on the part, I checked the price online and everything. The guy charged me for the wrong part and he asked for a core. I did the repair and realized that I was overcharged. I called them first thing and spoke to the manager, I told him they overcharged me and asked for an "in store credit" price adjustment (not a return) cause I was bringing the core back. The manager confirm what the correct price should have been too. He told me, after I told him it's in the transmission already, he told me I'd have to bring back the one I bought for a price adjustment. Poor practice and poor service, for a simple price adjustment off their mistake. Again, I wasn't asking for a return, just wanted the price adjusted, either way they get my money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, first time and last time there.

After scheduling pick up of a totaled vehicle we had an agreed upon price. The tow truck shows up to pick up the car with only half of the amount signed for on the check and no explanation. If I had not been paying very close attention, I would have been left with half the money I due. After I had to call to request the full amount of money be sent and waiting over a week for the check, the check bounced and my bank fined me. It was difficult to get through to the right department on the phone and was transferred 3 times when calling to get the problem fixed by Pick n Pull. Finally I got through and I was told that I would have to email proof of the check bouncing and fines from my bank to be reissued the money that I am legally owed. This place is doing everything they can to not pay out the amount owed, verging on criminal. The entire thing was a nightmare and I am still waiting to see if it will be resolved or if I will need to get the BBB involved. Regardless a complaint will be filed with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this place to anyone, just go through Cash for Cars if you have a junker to sell.

I needed a alternator and was short on cash. It only cost me about $22.00. It is still working great but if it only lasted until my next pay day I would have still been happy. They were great to deal with I would go back again for sure.

Staff are nice, but the yard is not organized the way it’s mapped out. Make and models are all jumbled, inventory is not updated often in their database/online. Multiple times I have gone out looking for a specific vehicle, made sure it was on their inventory in the store and went to look for the car but it was already gone. If you’re looking for a station wagon it’s a 50/50 shot it will be in the correct brand area or lumped in with the trucks for some reason. Almost always have better experiences at the yards further north.

I've been going to this junkyard for years... but I believe it was under a different name in 2000. Recently I was there asking information of donating a car. The staff there are very friendly from my experience. Helpful and informative (I wanted to buy a car that was sitting in their yard). It is the local pick n pull.

First of all, their customer service is terrible! You'd get a thousand times better customer service from Facebook Marketplace. One time I called Tumwater pick n pull to ask if they had a 1995 Chevy K1500 truck. They told me they did have one, but they were going to close in 30 minutes so I went there the next day instead. When I got there the next day I asked if they had a chevy c/k truck around the years between 1990 to 2000 since I just needed a part off of the body. The guy I asked immediately said "no" and just stood there looking at me. He didn't check anything or offer a suggestion of another place I could check. Perhaps he didnt want my business since I'm a teenaged girl. Maybe he assumed I dont know anything about vehicles. On top of that, their parking lot was absolutely disgusting last time I went there. I even felt bad driving my 27 year old truck through it. Needless to say, I am never going back to pick n pull again, and I would not recomend it to anyone. It is not worth your time.

Except for it being absolutely and horrendously cold this morning it's always a decent place to be. Tinker with cars learn about them tear them apart and it don't matter usually you can find the part you need unless you break it like I usually do by accident. Prices are decent usually the stuff you know is helpful in communication and talking but they don't help you out on the floor I guess or the ground or whatever you wanna call it.

They have a good variety of vehicles. Do not pay attention to their prices online. Went in one day to pull a motor. Took it up to the front and they asked me if I had been quoted a price on the motor. I said no I just looked online at the price. Well all of the coolant pipes, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, valve cover, cylinder head, etc were extra. The price for the bare motor was off by $150 from the online price. All the extra pieces were off by at least $30 from the online price. I could've easily picked up a cheaper motor that was already pulled from a different wrecking yard for $200 cheaper. When I told them that their online prices on their website were very different, they just laughed and said you can't believe everything you see online....Great customer service guys...

I spend a lot of time at Pick-n-pull they are helpful friendly and have a great selection of cars and trucks on there lot. There prices are rock bottom I believe that they are super low in pricing to avoid the haggling process you can still find at other wrecking yards. I enjoy the time i spend at this store as well as the Lakewood location but most definitely Tumwater is my personal favorite.

Good selection, but ever since they went corporate, they got super greedy. Don't get wear parts from them like pulleys, tensioners, brake rotors, bearings etc. it's just more worthwhile to get new parts. Good for color matched body pieces, and hard to find bits, plus engine and transmission stuff that you can't get new. They have core charges on the most ridiculous stuff like plastic bumper covers.

The worst customer service ever. Do not bother calling either, they just put you on hold and if you go there, they'll charge to go in ... what a scam. Go to locally owned. Those who gave more than one 🌟 star, I bet you it's the employees themselves...

I would never recommend to ANYONE to buy from the Lynnwood Pick-A-Part...worst customer service ever. I am in need of a transmission and willing to pay...but these guys couldn't go check for me to make sure that the transmission was available in the car before I drove 3 hours to waste my time. I would have been more than happy to give them my business but seeing that they can't provide a service of LOOKING to make sure what I need is ever there so I don't have to drive all the way up there. So needless to say, I'm taking my business elsewhere! Thank you very much.

First the “manager” Brandon doesn’t know exactly what his job is. Second, if you call their phone number it goes to their corporate office; which will tell you differently than what Brandon the “manager” will tell you. So good luck getting anything sold or bought with these jokes. Also they have no idea what customer service is.

The staff is friendly and I am usually able to find the parts that I need. On my last visit, I checked for availability of the parts that I needed before visiting the store. The truck that I found on the website was no longer there. I was able to find other parts that worked but it might be worth a call to verify availability in the future.

This business has gotten worse and worse over the years. Their customer service needs training. Plain and simple. I specifically want to point out Rik. I hope you receive the training most of all, because you certainly need it. Management seems they could care less. Keep it up and you will struggle to keep your position.

A very poorly managed yard. Vehicles lying on the ground in the yard not put up on rims ready to be picked. Got told that they were on a "waiting list" for vehicles to be put up on rims and that they would call when the vehicle was "ready". Yard was a complete disaster with spots that could have had cars in them, filled with piles of rims and body parts for cars. Never in my life have I experienced a business like this one. I will never come back to this yard. Ever.

Went there to buy parts for a jeep. first the lady had no idea what she was doing or talking about then when we finally googled the part we were looking for and showed her she told us she only had 1 vehicle out in the yard. when we went out there were at least 5 vehicles of the same year. so we went out pulled the part from a vehicle that was already half take apart. we took our part to the counter and asked how much we showed her the parts we pulled had already been broken but would still work for us. she told us the part would be $60 I told her that was much to expensive as you could buy the part brand new for $40 she told us then to just go buy the part new so that's what I did. as we left the store she picked up the part and threw it into a pile outside the door smashing it to pieces. Also what greedy people expect you to pay entry into a junkyard. its a junkyard not an amusement park. I will not go back and won't be recommending this business to anyone.
