Jason is the star of the show there! He was amazing to work with, start to finish. Not only was he incredibly personable (which was a breath of fresh air after I had dealt with a handful of jerks while shopping for a used car), but he also gave me a great deal on one of the used cars they had on their lot. It had a few issues that I was able to fix myself and now it's in perfect condition. I'm so happy I went to this Pick N Pull. They have a customer for life with me!

I frequent this yard and they have always taken great care of me. Most recently I had a memorable experience with Jason. He was incredibly helpful with my return and gave me all the information I needed on core charges. Even held the door for me on the way because my hands were full. Great spot check them out!

I got myself into a fender bender that destroyed my hood, And everything that could have gone wrong with trying to fix it went wrong. Except for the amazing employees at Pick-n-Pull! They were very patient with my husband as he struggled to figure out how to get a bumper and a hood from Vancouver back into Oregon without a truck or large trunk!! They definitely went above and beyond at their job!

Definitely pick n pull is the first way to go for used parts, they have very good cars with many parts in very good condition, I was looking for parts for a Chevy Astro and a GMC Yukon and found everything I was looking for, The staff was very friendly and has bilingual employees, when I'm looking for something I see their inventory on the website and if they have what I'm looking for I go to any of their locations
- SS
Didn’t appreciate that they started searching my bag without saying a word to me when I was still reading and signing the documents to get in. Didnt check my bag on the way out though. Different employees.

This place is a joke. I called up and they confirmed that they had a part. I drove there, and they gave me a price for the part and wrote down the location of the car. I payed the fee to enter the yard and found the car to be without the part. I went back in the sales office and told them that the part was not in the car, and the guy behind the desk blatantly lied to me and said that he never told me that the part was there. I was denied a refund of my yard fee. STAY AWAY FOR THIS PLACE! MAJOR RIPOFF!

Went and pulled the shock supports for the hood rear glass and rear back door and they wanted to charge me over 80.00 when I showed the guy they were 35.00 for all six on Amazon. I offered him 40.00 and he told me no. Seemed since they were already pulled that they would have no idea what vehicle they belong to and would be almost impossible to sell now he would have rather throw them away instead of giving me a reasonable price. I asked questions the kid was pissed I wasn't gonna buy them at that price. It was almost double retail. Plus the hour labor it took me to pull them. Didn't want to help was very short and rude and when I left completely ignored me when I said have a good afternoon. This was on Sunday June 2nd. He basicly treated me as if I was trying to rip him off when I was only pointing out that it makes no sense to pay double for something used. So between this sort of customer service and double the price vs the prices on line I don't see them being around much longer. Pretty simple sell lots of parts at reasonable prices or sell very few parts at double the price of brand new parts. I can't afford those prices so I won't be back there since brand new parts are cheaper and the people that work at the auto parts stores are way more helpful and friendly. Good luck pick n pull. $44.73 was the cost with shipping for all 6 supports from Amazon.

Bought a used car battery there that was nearly new for $50 Edit: unfortunately it only lasted a couple months. Could of probably restored it but I couldn’t be bothered

I seriously don't know what the purpose of this junk yard is anymore, are they just money laundering? They're trying to sell used worn out parts, at or slightly lower retail brand new parts, I used to come to this place all the time back in the day but not so much anymore since I see no purpose to it, sure you can get a used alternator for 5 dollars less than Amazon but with 3 hours labor to get it out is not worth it.

It’s a smaller Pick-N-Pull, but if they have what you need, they have what you need. My dad backed into my 2003 Toyota Avalon fender a few months back. Body shop quoted $1800 to replace, paint and color match. I found this Avalon at this Pick-N-Pull with a fender in near perfect shape. This fender is EXTREMELY close to a perfect color match with my car. Cost $67.99 with tax. Saved me $1700 to have a new ish looking used car again. Couldn’t be happier!

The employee Collins went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied the products that I purchased from this place have been nothing but top-notch I think you pick and pull for being there for the man that needs to save a dollar

Always have a great experience working with the Vancouver location. The people are always super nice and helpful, even when you hold up a fat line of people because your buying an engine. They work to try to get you the best price and help you understand the costs. Thanks to VC working Saturday 15th of January you rock. 🤙🏻

The clerk telling customers to “hurry up” or “you better be fast” when trying to pay after waiting on him for 10 min isn't really an acceptable business practice in the real world. This employee is either trying to get fired or he’s looking for a beating but one thing is for sure, he’s not trying to do his job. Not a chance in hell I would go back to this particular Pick n Pull. Never had a problem at any others but having a staff that acts like what I witnessed today, makes it hard to believe it’s an honest business and I absolutely will not recommend it to anyone other than recommending that they stay as far away as possible. What a disturbing level of ignorance at Pick n Pull Vancouver, WA
- RRuggedsoul87
Make sure to video them marking your bought parts, they will use different pen and deny return of part, not to mention they make you pay for their environmental fees! Listed price $79 out the door $95.... Not to mention too many red flags for possibly identity theft, they want signature and a photo of you to access!
- MMaximus Pavlenko
CLOSE TIMES: They actually close 30 min before there actual “close time” so if you want to pull parts 30 min before they are supposed to close, they won’t let you in.
- YYvonne Goodnight
Often this is a cheaper alternative to vehicle repairs. But please be somewhat mindful when dismantling to get to the part you need. It is very frustrating to find the part you need destroyed because it had been in the way for the person before you who didn't care enough to correctly remove it from the vehicle I'm an effort to get what they needed.
- NNicholas Burke
Great place to source parts for an older vehicle. Always check inventory on the pick n pull website before you go! Save time. Got what I needed this time.
- JJR. S-TSar-friendly
Expensive and not accurate with prices. Didn't expect this. Expensive spent almost $500.00 for used axel, without rotors, they told me if you can't afford this just wash and get out! Wow! Last time to come over here!
- JJessica Carpenter
After calling and the phone ringing until it hung up on its own, finally got an answer and put on hold. The girl who picked up refused to do any confirmation if a vehicle or parts were available (NEVER been denied a parts check at any pick n pull I've ever called) and said it's online and that she won't check to verify availability but I'm welcome to drive the 4/5 hours one way to check.

we went to your store yesterday @9605 NE 76th st vancouver wa--They were amazing great customer service!Jacob(Tall blond, red hair glasses) helped us with his fork lift to get the trunk open he went above and beyond for us which was amazing...., you just dont see that anymore. Thank you Jacob!! (and his assistant too)..., and Charleigh and shimon(shimzy) were great as well at the check in and check out counter. thank you all of you!!

Good place for parts but the prices are getting out of hand. 8$ for any piece of plastic less than 12". Used to be around 3$ a few years ago.. you will probably spend a fortune buying interior panels/trim. The more new cars they put in the yard, the higher the prices go. If you have an older car that still has aftermarket/new parts being made, I'd check online before coming here as many new parts for older cars are cheaper than getting from this junkyard.

The bearded guy who works closing on Sundays should not be doing customer sevice. Last Sunday bought a scissor jack, another polite salesperson assured me it's exchangeable and marked it properly. Jack's post is too wide to fit into special dimple in the rocker panel. So this Sunday I tried to exchange it for a slimmer one. The bearded guy said no because he can't "read" the blue paint mark and initials squibble on last Sunday's jack. Then proceeded to tell me that the new jack will have a higher lift eventhough it has a shorter section length and screw, holy hell. That's what the negative review is for - failing trigonometry, one of basic prerequisites in life. Also did't give me 60c change on another purchase as though it's not a big deal & he can't be bothered.

Had a great experience it was my first time here and Romero the employee I worked with was amazing helped me find what i needed and how to navigate the yard he was very nice and knowledgeable and is a amazing asset to your company !

The manager V is the Best, I am 3,000 Miles from home, I live in Buffalo, New York! V is very polite and professional and knows what he is doing! I am a toolkit member for Years and he took care of me on the Radiator and Shocks! We need more awesome people like him! Thank you V!

I had been a loyal customer of Pick N Pull for 35 years or so. That came to a crashing hault today. I went there to buy a spare tire for my daughter. I found one one the rim . It wasn't in great shape but good enough for a spare. I went to the front counter and asked how much it would cost? The guy told me 21.99. I ran my card and he'd charged me 47.71! I asked him what was up with that? He said there is a core charge on wheels....SMH 1. He should have mentioned that instead of telling me it was 21.99 2. I've never had a core charge on any wheel that I'd bought ever. I said : nevermind...refund my money...I'll find one elsewhere. He says : I have to go talk to the manager. He comes back and says: we can only give you in store credit ( even though I literally hadn't left the check out counter at any point ) I told him : yard credit won't help me because after what you've pulled today means I'm not coming back again. I grabbed my wheel and left Paying 47.71 is ridiculous for a well worn tire on a basic steel rim. It's also more than twice as much I was told it would cost. I gave today's transaction one star because I had to give it a rating. I would have rated it in negative digits if I could have.

What an adventure, every time I go I almost feel like a kid in a candy store!! I swear My only problem is that they never seem to have there inventory properly adjusted in the computer or even how many of one type of car they have I asked for a print out of a cord escape and the gave me three when I’m fact there were six…. I just feel like they might have a better hold on there sales and there marketing if the just did a nightly inventory of vehicles at least maybe even parts like once a week!! But still my favorite way to spend a day hands down!
- WWill Lupton
Awesome place. They seem to always have what I'm looking for in stock. They waived my $2 entry fee without asking. Then I walk to the tire section and my 205-60-16 is sitting right in front of me. The man quotes me $25 so that seems reasonable so I get in line and when I got to the counter the guy tells me $20. Love these guys. Cheapest used tire I could find in town was $45 .... In a d out in 10 min with what I needed at a great price. Thankyou Pick n Pull ... I'll be back fo sho

I just got back from Pick-n-Pull in Vancouver,WA I gave them 5 stars the yard was not crowded and picked over. The staff was professional and courteous. I found all the parts I was looking for it was definitely worth the drive. I highly recommend Vancouver Pick-n-Pull
- WWilliam Dvorak
This is my go to for good but used car parts. It's a wrecking yard so be prepared to pull the parts you need. $2 entrance fee. You can rent some tools. I recommend calling before you go.
