We appreciated the staff of Pierce Auto working-in an oil change yesterday for our daughter-in-law's CR-V. It was done in a timely manner, the price was reasonable, and the car is running great! Miss Candice at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to her and to the mechanics!

Took vehicle in for overheating issue . was charged nearly 200 dollars. and the problem was still not resolved, So they were kind enough to work on it again , this time it was the head gasket "blown", 1200 something later we were called to pick up vehicle and we asked for refund on first attempt but was told it was necessary because the thermostat was "about" to fail. We like them because they have fancy diagnostic equipment for finding out what was wrong with vehicle in a timely manner. Only a week and a half. We would gladly tell everyone to go to them because they're very detail oriented I guess , for the length of time it took and the attempt that were made at our cost.

The service was impeccable! Very fast and precise with the needed repairs and didn't force anything unnecessary to get more money out of me. Pierce Auto is my mechanic shop!

brought car in for overheating/mechanic did not put car on diagnostic machine. installs thermostat that was "about to break" cost $209.24/ no change in overheating after "repairs" Return car to shop/needs new radiator and head gaskets/10-4. Mechanic has flu for new years.FINALLY get car back after ?REPAIRS?After maintenance/repairs car misses,stalls and is tow aed back to Pierce by Pierce. Am told starter went out/starter$156.00and labor $260.00 total. /01/29/15. had car less than 1 day before it was towed back to shop.did not okay starter being installed immediately(OOPS)now it's one thing after another i.e. it's cheaper to GIVE you a used motor since we royally freaked up and it's cheaper to do this than REPAIR what wasn't wrong at your expense/have been without a vehicle for approximately 2 months. CAR REPAIRED!! you owe us 260.00 because the starter broke before we installed the used motor.USEDMOTORTOREPLACEYOURWORKSGREATMOTORw/what? motor?Mine worked fine before you guys repaired it. I have paid Pierce @$1800.00 to repair car. no guarantee on LABOR of(NEW) motor/parts only. When I leave their shop and the motor falls out THEY AREN'T RESPONSIBLE highly recommend this shop to EVERYONE/they know what they are doing MESSING PEOPLE OVER SERIOUSLY.

Candace at the front desk and Charlie, the Mechanic, are super nice and helpful. I brought my F250 in for an oil change, tire rotation and to repair my AC. They got it right the first time and on time

I highly recommend! I have used them in the past and I am a returning customer! I appreciate fast and courteous service. I could go anywhere but you can’t be how quick they get you in and out. It’s worth the drive to me.
