Yall need to fix your scanners or registers. Every item I purchased rang up $2 higher than what was listed. I didn't have time to argue so I paid and left. But the situation should have at least been given some attention.

Don't go to Zachary O'Reilly. Was very unhappy with the service. One person had a wonderful attitude and her coworker on the front counter and the so called head manager came out with nasty attitude.

Clean, well stocked. Friendly staff that knew what I needed.

My car battery died this morning and I was sent here by another auto parts store. They were able to tell me what was wrong right away, and I was able to purchase a new battery. They installed it for me and it took no more than 15 minutes. So fast and helpful!

I give this store zero stars! A couple of weeks ago, my husband purchased a tool kit there and the same day in changing the oil on one vehicle, over half the tools were broken or bent. I took them in and explained what happened and the sales associate laughed! He gave me a refund but he found the situation hysterically funny which I felt was a bit rude. Today he returned and was shopping in the store. He came upon an isle where an associate was working and they made eye contact...from the other end 2 additional customers came up the same isle and the associate preceded to speak to and ask them if they needed any assistance. This seems to be discriminatory and once again poor customer service! I do not recommend this store to anyone and I hope their corporate office sees this review! Horrible!!!

The employee that waited on me was so courteous that I will be going backI had bought a windshield wiper blade back in Sept., but it was not working properly & he made it good after trying 4 different blades before it would stop making a streak in my windshieldI even got some money back from purchases itI recommend O'Reilly's

Helpful staff. Went here to buy our water pump & new serptine belt. Guy even printed out a diagram of the belt so we would know how to 0ut it back on right. Thankful he did. My boyfriend used that instead of the diagram on the truck.

Only one employee had a mask on. Their was a sign on the front door that said mask were required to enter.
