First I asked if they had any S 10 blazer and they asked me what part I was looking for. Distributor for a 93 s10 blazer with the Vortech motor and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. When they came back they proceeded to tell me that the Vortech didn’t come out till 96 and argued with me over it. people Google it it is in a 93S 10 blazer they don’t know what they’re talking about. will not ever call there again. Poor customer service.

I called and Dave said that they could get the part. Drove one hour to Tulsa to pre pay for the part. When I got there he told me it would be more trouble than it’s worth!!!!

This salvage is very unprofessional. I paid for a part for my vehicle in advance to them pulling the part. I asked you are sure that you have this exact part. I have been having a hard time finding said part. I was told yes, we have located the part. Let me take a photo of the part to be 100% sure. The man took the photo of the part. Went to clarify again. Says yes, we have the part. Said they would have it that day or the next. Would give me a call. I then asked what if the part breaks while recovering it and they don’t have another. They informed me that I would be refunded. The next day, I have heard nothing. I call, they say they just started retrieving the part. That I will have it the next day. Okay. Now it’s been 20 days. I call for my refund and they now tell me that I need my receipt because they do not have the paperwork with my information and payment. Also say that if I do not have my paperwork that they can not refund me or give me credit to a different part that I am in need of. This place is awe full. I do not recommend them at all to anyone.

He did not have the part, but he told me where to get it and gave me a telephone number so I can call them and get the part. Very professional, very knowledgeable about what he's doing!

Friendly and helpful. Verified the part I needed was the correct one for my vehicle. They even pulled the part and loaded in my vehicle. Fair pricing. I would go there again.

All around poor experience. Took my car in for them to fix the frame and body damage after a collision. It was supposed to be done in a week, but every time I called, they had a different excuse. Ended up being 2 1/2 weeks. About a week later, I was inspecting the bottom, and noticed they never even straightened the frame. Called them, they agreed to take it back. Again, I was told a week, but one "come in tomorrow" after another turned it into two. Upon picking up my car, they also asked that I pay for the alignment. And to top it all off, my stereo settings were all messed up (bass boosted, speakers unbalanced, screen visuals in Spanish), so I know they messed with that while they were working on it.
