They couldn't tell me if they had the part I needed. I told them I have a 2004 f-150. He asked new body or old body style where I repeated, I have a 2004 f-150. He said new body style or old body style. I asked him what style is a 2004 f150. He said you're not answering the question old body style or new body style. I ask him if he knew what body style a 2004 f150 was. He said no we don't have a part. They need to take that guy off the phone. go to any place other than this place make this your last resort and you might even go out of state before you do that
