I wasn't impressed from talking to lady on phone, I really don't think she cared if I bought a motor or not, so I bought it somewhere else..

Husband called about a rear axle midweek, was told by female they had one in stock, was given a price quote and he told them we would be there Saturday and if anything changed to give us a call. Drove 2 hours on Saturday only to be told they decided to fix the jeep she said the part would be pulled from. Not trustworthy.

Speedy pick up of my POS car and was very helpful!

I don't think the employees here ever communicate with each other b/c the truck window that was purchased here had to be taken back twice before they actually got me the right one I needed. So a project that should have taken 30 minutes ended up taking 3 1/2 days.

This salvage is very unprofessional. I paid for a part for my vehicle in advance to them pulling the part. I asked you are sure that you have this exact part. I have been having a hard time finding said part. I was told yes, we have located the part. Let me take a photo of the part to be 100% sure. The man took the photo of the part. Went to clarify again. Says yes, we have the part. Said they would have it that day or the next. Would give me a call. I then asked what if the part breaks while recovering it and they don’t have another. They informed me that I would be refunded. The next day, I have heard nothing. I call, they say they just started retrieving the part. That I will have it the next day. Okay. Now it’s been 20 days. I call for my refund and they now tell me that I need my receipt because they do not have the paperwork with my information and payment. Also say that if I do not have my paperwork that they can not refund me or give me credit to a different part that I am in need of. This place is awe full. I do not recommend them at all to anyone.

Bought 4 used 2002 caddy wheel center spinners. Only one was good, others were too scratched up. Need to return the other 3.

First I asked if they had any S 10 blazer and they asked me what part I was looking for. Distributor for a 93 s10 blazer with the Vortech motor and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. When they came back they proceeded to tell me that the Vortech didn’t come out till 96 and argued with me over it. people Google it it is in a 93S 10 blazer they don’t know what they’re talking about. will not ever call there again. Poor customer service.

Cool staff, they honor there word, when I did have a problem they fix it. So I can say nothing bad, because they were honest and that goes a long way. So yes I do keep coming back and I approve. So I recommend it to you.

I just went there today and found the part that I needed and did not have to wait very long for it. The front desk guy was courteous and did excellent follow up. And the guy in the back who drives you to the vehicle was very professional and welcoming. And able to answer all my questions and made me feel appreciated. Upon entering this establishment it is very clean and professional for a salvage yard. The staff are customer friendly and efficient. This was my first time visiting this Pine Street Salvage as I am from Arizona visiting inlaws, but I will definitely return when I need something for my Ford Superduty truck. Thanks Pine Street Salvage for meeting my needs and more!

I bought a car from Jaime Murillo, a manager of the salvage and the car lots they sell cars from. The air conditioner did not work. I was told they would fix the problem. After spending 9 hours there, they told me the a/c was fixed. On the way home, the car died 3 times. I text Jaime and let him know the car wouldn't stay started, and there were engine shroud parts and several bolts and screws missing. He said he wouldn't fix it. As is/no warranty. ...I checked around the back of the engine and reconnected 2 loose plug wires and the car ran smooth again, but the a/c had leaked all the freon out overnight! Text Jaime again, and he said the a/c was working when I left the shop, and not to bring it back because he would not fix it again. SO it is in the repair shop I always use. And is costing me over $1,000 to get the a/c fixed right. This chop shop will not stand behind their work and they owe me the price of the repairs, they should have done right, but didn't.

Went here on April 13th, 2019 for Front Seats, Steering Wheel With Airbag, and A Wiper Arm for by Obsolete Ford Aerostar passenger minivan. Service was excellent and i was surprised that they have parts and the whole vehical since I can't find them in any other salvage yard. Was Told the day that I bought my items that they would be ready on Monday (Since there Closed on Sunday.) Fast forward to monday afternoon (April 15th) when I showed up and was told that they haven't pulled my part yet due to being short-handed on staff. Was a little disappointed but shrugged it off and came back tommorow. Came back the next day and all the Parts I needed we're there and was mostly satisfied except the steering wheel. I noticed that the whole airbag was missing and asked about that (Didn't know that it wasn't included in the purchase of the wheel and wasnt told about it despite telling them that i wanted both and said it would be included.) Was Told that it wasn't included with the wheel due to there Insurance Policy. She said airbag would be $25, which is a good price since Ebay sellers ask for more. If your about to go here for the first time, just expect to wait a day if you request large parts like seats like me or something else. Gave Four Stars because of there Good service in the beginning and They had an Obsolete Vehical that I need future interior parts from. Hope this long review in my experience was helpful.

The worst salvage yard in Tulsa. The employees are rude af, including the boss/ owners. Employees are not well trained and the boss was manipulative . They were going to sell me a part for 175 $ and he (the boss) ended up raising the price on me to 500$ in front of my face, to “prove a point “ that he was the boss. This is a corrupted place. Disappointed.
- JJoseph Sanchez
Friendly and helpful. Verified the part I needed was the correct one for my vehicle. They even pulled the part and loaded in my vehicle. Fair pricing. I would go there again.

I bought a Jeep from them on the 10th of February. The only thing that was supposed to be wrong with it was the motor. After we got it we found out the suspension was shot, relay had been taken out , and the transmission wasn't good. So for the last month I have been waiting on a transmission. Now the transmission should be done today but my machnic already put in my old 4 wheel drive transmission because pine Street wasn't coming up with anything. I believe they should make it right to me but according to them when I signed the receipt (contract) he don't owe me nothing. I guess nobody's word is good any more. I should have not bought it when there was a woman at the counter mad because she had waited on a part for 4 hours that was supposed to have been ready when she got there. Oh well, Pine Street won't get my business and I will make sure nobody I know uses them either.
- EEdgar Martinez
They were real profesional, great service, quoted me a fender job and they exceed my expectations, they did more that they quoted ne for and did more work on my car and not charged me for it, you dont see that often! Fast, reliable and not expensive
- SSamantha Ibarra de Vazquez
They didn't have what I needed. And the customer service isn't very great.
- SStacy McCarrell
He did not have the part, but he told me where to get it and gave me a telephone number so I can call them and get the part. Very professional, very knowledgeable about what he's doing!
- JJerod Palmer
Take your money before you see the parts. Slow service.
- CChris Jf
very satisfied with customer service an how fast they got me my part will for sure go there whenever in need of any more parts for my cars i give them a 10/10
- GGrant Maxey
I'm pissed off I even have to give this one star. I called Wednesday and asked if they had a radiator for my car, they said they did. I told them I would be there in about 30 minutes, and they told me it wouldn't be ready until Thursday. I show up Thursday at open and I'm told it won't be ready until 11. I called to make sure they had it and then they told me they didn't even have a radiator for a mustang
- SSkipper Lewis
I called and Dave said that they could get the part. Drove one hour to Tulsa to pre pay for the part. When I got there he told me it would be more trouble than it’s worth!!!!
- ppaul lee
Very disappointed. Understaffed and guy at the counter won't help, just sits at the desk and can't seem to pick up the phone and check something all does is answer the phone with a poor attitude. This place has a lot down and I don't recommend going here to get anything from a salvage yard here, poorly run businesses
- DDavid Brach
This is a salvage yard that also does bodywork. They do a great job. I got an estimate elsewhere, turned it in to my insurance, then got it fixed here for a cheaper price. poketed some money.
- WWillie Poyner

- CCompuhome Perez

- DDillon Kruger
