Have been paid to pick up garbage for months but there was no garbage to pick up. Now that there is...one bag a week...they say garbage is too far from the road when I see they are not picking up. AND it's not. FIRST I am hearing about since I have called them about the situation more than once and was JUST in their office updating the account. Canceled service.

Best trash service ever! The only thing I don't like is the tops. There metal and when your a elderly person or a small child it can be dangerous and cut your skin pretty good lol. Plastic would be a lot better. Instead of the metal. But Thy are a lot dependable And a lot better than the last Company. and it's weekly pickup that's a plus

Great folks and great service - taken many, many truck loads there and they have always been friendly and accomodating - and price is fair too.

Very much don't care about picking up the garage but they take your money each month Need to be suited

The staff were always helpful when my father needed to dispose of his trash. They would unload it for him because he had difficulty getting in and out of his pickup truck. Above and beyond!!

HORRIBLE!!! I gave detailed info on location & all my contact info. After almost 3 WEEKS of no service & several calls to them inquiring on status, I never got 1 call from them. They gave the reason as they couldn't find me, which they had all info to reach me. I guess they don't have GPS or phones to contact their office, nor does the office attempt to call their customers. I cancelled service & got a refund. Please beware of using them, terrible experience.

The daily pick up is always punctual and neat. I've taken appliances to the plant and rented their dumpsters several times. Always professional and helpful as well as economical.

My poly cart has sat on the same spot for the last 10 years when they issued it to me. One day they refused to pick it up saying it was too far from the road. There is a brown spot on the grass from where it sits! Right in front of my gas meter. They are petty. I called Tuesday afternoon was supposed to get a call back. The gentleman I spoke to said if they can’t pick it up it’s supposed to be “tagged”. It was not tagged. No call back. Spoke to them three times on Wednesday. Finally a man got on the line and said we will send someone in 30 minutes since it’s such a big deal. Yes it’s a “big deal” I pay for a service. I was nice every time I spoke to someone. The third time I admitted I was getting aggravated by getting the run around & being told “we have to investigate”. But they were sure nice when we rented a roll off container last summer.
