Wasn't very happy being forced to pay for a bad tire just because it held air pressure. Just to pay for the wheel that I actually needed. Although I did purchase 2 wheels and didn't get charged for the other. Supply and demand rite?

Could have been better if they could label the rows better and if they had some working drink machines you gotta take care of your customers can't let them have a heat stroke

Pull a part was great when they first came to town then there were other factors to consider before purchasing from them core charge and labor if you are buying tires. Let take a tail light now it may seem cheap but.when you add core price you may want to consider buying new or after market one general you will get 2 for 1 after market now tires are a bit tricky if your used tire is mounted on a rim and the matched its ok but if it doesnt match yours you may want to buy it new since most tire place charge $15.00 were as new tires generally are mounted for free do your home work first.

Excellent staff from the moment we came till we left, especially the tall lady who was kind to my daughter. Got a lot of parts for one of my cars and that was certainly a big plus

We rented a golf didn't work properly. Ask to speak to manager he had a very nasty attitude. We told him the car was not work he said okay what do you want me to do about it. Then he implied because he knew we wanted something as if we were looking for a handout. We reply by saying a simple apology would have been nice. His attitude was so unnecessary customer service was out of control awful.

My first time there and I was so disappointed I went out and it was so hot , I took the back light panels off a 2006 jeep liberty pull a part is unbelievable to expensive for those used part you might as well buy your parts brand new. Bad 1st time experience.
