They are fraud. They charge you a 45 day warranty without asking you if you want it. I purchased a few body items like a hood, a fender and a few other. They charged me over $50 for warranty and when I objected they said this is automatic charge and if you didn't want the warranty you should have said so. I told the manager that your cashier should have asked me but he who is a rude guy said we have it on the board you should have read it. I asked him what is it you warrant on a hood or a fender or a bumper cover? i got them out of an exact car and have no problem with the items I got. Beware they charge you lots of nonsense and will scam you anyway they can. I will contact my credit card company and I will file a complaint with Arizona commerce authority and also will file a complaint with BBB.

I'm giving them 1 star only because I have to to post the review. I don't necessarily blame the person I called before I went there or the person who I talked to when I arrived. I totally blame whoever is in charge of training the employees. I called them to see if they had a gas tank for our van. I was told they had several of them at the Pull N Save North. I drove the 25 miles over there. The gal at the entry desk asked me what I was looking for. I told her a gas tank for a 2005 Grand Caravan. She gave me a list and a map, charged me my $3 admission and off I went. After finding a van with a tank and having it nearly out of the van...I spotted a large hole drilled in the tank. I realize why the hole was there but haven't been a salvage yard in 30 or so years. I assumed they had some other technology for removing the fuel by now. So, I checked several other vans and all had holes. I talked to the gals at the check-out. They said that yes, all the tanks are drilled to drain them. They said that they were very sorry that I wasted, by the time I got back home, 3 hours of my time and 50+ miles of driving. They did give me my $3 back. I will be resto-modding a couple of old cars I am about to start on. I'll need some drive line, axle and interior parts to adapt to them. There's no way in H*LL I'll be back to any of their facilities. I'll spend twice the time and more money if I have to elsewhere.

try to make a call asking about a part so I don’t have to drive a round-trip for four hours. And the best they could tell me is I have to come out and find out. What a way to do business and going above and beyond.
