They are fraud. They charge you a 45 day warranty without asking you if you want it. I purchased a few body items like a hood, a fender and a few other. They charged me over $50 for warranty and when I objected they said this is automatic charge and if you didn't want the warranty you should have said so. I told the manager that your cashier should have asked me but he who is a rude guy said we have it on the board you should have read it. I asked him what is it you warrant on a hood or a fender or a bumper cover? i got them out of an exact car and have no problem with the items I got. Beware they charge you lots of nonsense and will scam you anyway they can. I will contact my credit card company and I will file a complaint with Arizona commerce authority and also will file a complaint with BBB.

I'm giving them 1 star only because I have to to post the review. I don't necessarily blame the person I called before I went there or the person who I talked to when I arrived. I totally blame whoever is in charge of training the employees. I called them to see if they had a gas tank for our van. I was told they had several of them at the Pull N Save North. I drove the 25 miles over there. The gal at the entry desk asked me what I was looking for. I told her a gas tank for a 2005 Grand Caravan. She gave me a list and a map, charged me my $3 admission and off I went. After finding a van with a tank and having it nearly out of the van...I spotted a large hole drilled in the tank. I realize why the hole was there but haven't been a salvage yard in 30 or so years. I assumed they had some other technology for removing the fuel by now. So, I checked several other vans and all had holes. I talked to the gals at the check-out. They said that yes, all the tanks are drilled to drain them. They said that they were very sorry that I wasted, by the time I got back home, 3 hours of my time and 50+ miles of driving. They did give me my $3 back. I will be resto-modding a couple of old cars I am about to start on. I'll need some drive line, axle and interior parts to adapt to them. There's no way in H*LL I'll be back to any of their facilities. I'll spend twice the time and more money if I have to elsewhere.

try to make a call asking about a part so I don’t have to drive a round-trip for four hours. And the best they could tell me is I have to come out and find out. What a way to do business and going above and beyond.

Never had 1 problem with these folks, they've been professional & friendly and save us money. I had a part I ended up not needing so needed 2 return it. I had a some1 I know grab the part and my receipt and my bank card I had used to 4 the purchase, in order to get my refund. I was not able to go so had this person take it back, it was about $100 & time sensitive & I wasn't able. Meanwhile no pending transactions and I'm waiting patiently on day 6 now. I call my bank again, after speaking to pull n save. Still nothing. I suddenly happen to notice a difference between my card used for purchase and the return receipts card #s. No wonder I have nothing in my acct, they did not refund MY $ to MY acct. The bank card they refunded the $ to is not even my card at all. Didn't think you could refund someones $ from a purchase to a different card that wasn't used at all and didn't even have same name on it as card used to purchase parts originally. I don't know who is to blame but I'm out $100 now thanks for the refund pull and save. While I sit stuck at hospital not being able to do a thing, cuz I'm stuck here and out $100 apparently. Where did my $ go? It's not in my acct and went some other plc. Thx I gave $100 away, I'd like to know where it went at least!!!!!!!

All pull and save locations have a great variety of newer and older cars. From time to time you'll find great parts from tires to body parts, engines and transmissions. My only complaint about these yards is they have a "core" fee for EVERYTHING. And cashiers will try to add fees for bolts and nuts that you are not taking.

It's pretty decent here. I got a couple of really good used tires for about $40 each. You have the option to save a few bucks if you forgo the warranty on what you buy. Returns are simple if you do purchase the warranty and keep your receipt. 3 bucks to get in and it's never a long line. You can also go back out to your car for more tools if you need without having to pay a reentrance fee. Prices are pretty good when you consider what OEM stuff costs. Especially when you own a Volkswagen like me.

They have a large place and friendly service. Called in to make sure the had the vehicle. They have a map where import cars are, lugging my tools there I search for the car, took the door off, something I learned from a you tube video ahead of time. Got the piece check on the map which had prices too. They have a sister Pull N Save a little ways down the road.

Because I've been a technician for so long, this is one of the places it's like a toy store for me. They made a few different changes that have been really good ,especially the used tire area. It's easy to do the sign in and get paid to go in the yard. They keep the yard organized really well so it's easy to find what you're looking for.

Previous to going to Pull & Save, I went online and viewed the inventory and they had several of my same vehicles in stock. I got almost everything I went there for so it was a good day. The prices were good as well. Will return when needed.

Ive often said,” iI would rather continue the service of a used part made in the USA, than a new part front china.” These recycle yards can be the difference between your jeep being a paper weight in the garage or another day on the trail. The prices are reasonable and come with a warranty. Ask the clerk what you’re looking for and he’ll print you the location of all availability in the yard. That simple. They keep the ares clean and safe to work around. Give them a review and they will take an additional 10% off the price.

The staff is customer service oriented and they have variety of locations.only negative is you don't get deal/discount when you dismount the tire your purchasing.

This place is a joke. Went in today for a window regulator and fog light lens and was told it was 77$. i can get both those things on amazon brand new for 50$. This place used to be cool and have good prices but now everything is more expensive than buying new.

The verity of cars that come through here is pretty good, you can still find some decent used parts, but, you have to be fast when they get it.

I've been using this parts yard for years, so let me tell you about my most recent visit. I came down last Saturday and pulled a transmission for a car I just bought. I go to put it in Sunday, and I find the issue. It was a quick fix having to solder on some new wires. I go to return the transmission on Tuesday, and i can't find the receipt. The girl at the counter gets her supervisor, who gets the manager, and I'm thinking here we go. Ed is the manager and after explaining to him that I have the date and time of the transaction (because it's listed on my bank acct) he goes above and beyond and pulls the video of the transaction from their cameras and writes down the number necessary for the return to go through. He hands this off to the next available cashier, and we settle up in just a few minutes. This is how customer service is supposed to be done! Ed, I want to apologize for my ignorance and commend your employees for handling themselves with professionalism and empathy. You have done a fine job training them. Please accept this glowing review, and if you answer to the owner, then please see that he gets this.

Been here several times, this place is great, usually has the parts I need. Plenty of carts, everyone behind the counter is super friendly, yesterday I forgot to ask to have the warranty removed after I paid and they were happy to fix it for me when I was buying a steering wheel for my Volvo. Highly recommend checking the website before heading in here just to be sure they have the car you’re looking for.

$47 for a pair of bulbs that you have to get yourself that you can buy on Amazon for $30. Crazy pricing for a junkyard.
