Very Shady Company Buyer Beware We Purchased A Truck For Full Price We Didn't Even Try To Negotiate And They Promised To Fix Everything Before We Picked It Up ( TRUCK WAS SOLD READY TO WORK )... We Flew Out Went Over The Truck Listed Everything That We Expected To Be Fixed They Agreed To Fix It... We Waited 2 More Weeks And Flew Back Out To Pick It Up And They Said "WE ARE NOT A TRUCK SHOP" So if you take it home and FIX IT send us the invoices for parts and the labor and we will pay you for the repairs...So in "GOOD FAITH" We did and when we sent the bill they said sorry we WONT PAY because you took to long.... Mind you half the parts weren't available to fix it and they hid a ton of junk wiring and unsafe workmanship.... BUYER BEWARE....

Excellent service and great prices. Friendly people and very easy to work with. Randy even picked us up at the airport. We signed a few papers and were on our way back to Columbus, Ohio in no time at all. This was our first time purchasing a heavy duty wrecker and Randy made it seamless and painless. Place is shady, salesmen are D**k heads. If you’re not buying a 500,000 dollar piece of equipment they treat you like a mosquito. Flew down there to look at a truck that was a hunk of junk. Battled with them to get deposit back and then was blocked by them on Facebook. Be weary and cautious of this place if you choose to do business there!

If give them 0 starts if i could Sales man is rude and a joke sold a truck from under us and don’t care about there costumers go elsewhere who will treat you better.

Not sure why anyone would buy here that ever felt with Tony. I sent a message about a truck during the night. Tyler respond the following day with Tony's phone number and he could help. So I call Tony no answer but a text response, he was very busy if I needed something I could text. Though that's what I did on Facebook messenger but ok I will play along. I was asking about the 337 Pete. His response he has over 100 I could go to the website and look. How do you think I found out about the truck to ask about? Bottom line I will move to someone in the business of selling trucks. Ask I was informed this was a consignment, obviously they don't care to help customers sell there used equipment.

From the lady at the front desk that transfers you before you're done talking to Tony in sales both where bad experiences. Maybe you should step back and realize why you're in business. The people calling you inquiring about trucks are usually owners of large wreckers companies perhaps you should remember that.
