My wifes car broke down and I was out of town. I told her to call Ramirez towing and she did. She called several times they kept saying they were coming. They never showed my wife sat on the side of the road for over 2 hours. Called another tow company they were there within 15 minutes.

Jessie Ramirez was Extremely rude. Both on the phone and in person. Unreasonable. No people skills. Poor customer service. This company basically stole my truck. With the cooperation and efforts of outside parties (relatives) conspired to have my vehicle towed. I was in the process of moving, my SUV was loaded with personal belongings. He gave me 7 min. To retrieve what I could. He did not allow me to get the rest of my stuff. Upon arrival, One of my passenger side windows had been broke during the tow or storage process.

My battery totally died in a grocery store parking lot & I had to have it towed home. Rameriz Towing is a great bunch. I arrived home safely.

This guy's are the best!! They will go the extra mile and do what others won't to make sure you are secure and get you home safe. Great prices and easy to work with. So if you get stranded anyplace anytime these guys are tops!! Give them a call you won't regret it and they have cars for sell too for that young one or just for an extra vehicle. He treated my vehicle like it was his own. He was fast and very efficient. This guy knows what he's doing and it shows! He hooked my car up safely and he did it the right way. The guy that came out to tow was rude and disrespectful. He couldn’t find the battery in the trunk. And the owner or manager was inconsiderate once I called him about his worker.
