I have been going to Ramm in Zephyrhills for about 5 years now and they are the best around. Very knowledgeable about the metals and very professional and easy to get along with. Thier prices are very competitive, the best around. I would rather go here than anywhere else. They are very patient when explaining things and just helpful all the way around. They are quick to help unload and just a very pleasant business. I'm glad they're here close to my town.

I have gone with my husband a few times to turn in scrap metal and everytime its always a great experience..In and out quickly and very friendly staff. The prices are better than most..which is great for us..we have never had a bad experience..thank you for doing a great job 😊

Every time I go to ram they take good care of us and the people are real respectful and polite and they help you get done what you need to do and they help you unload if you need help that's called customer courtesy and I respect that

This recycling place is pretty clean for a scrap yard,the guys know the material and the girl in charge is really on her game. Over all this was a good experience and loved watching the operator of big blue do his thing!!

They were hands down the best scrap yard I've ever been to. 4 guys came to help unload, then she gave me enough to cover the cost of cashing the check and if that wasn't enough. I GOT A SHIRT TOO. Would go there everytime if I lived out here.

I have used this scrapyard for a long time never before has it been this bad. Took my trailer and other scrap in today 2/22/2022 got weighed on the scale then went in to drop aluminum off. After all was done she counted out for just aluminum items went to walk away and realized I wasn't paid for the scale part. Said something to the lady in the office said what I was driving and I asked her did my total include the scale. She went back into the system and said no. She wasn't going to say anything if I hadn't. It felt like they were trying to be dishonest. I can't bringyself to use this scrapyard anymore. They have become dishonest and I don't think that's right. If you do use this scrapyard make sure that you check you receipts because they sure in hell wont. The only reason I am giving them one star is so that it actually rate if it had a negative I would give them that.

The girl at the desk wouldn't stop talking to her friend on the phone. Didn't say two words to me. She seemed annoyed that I interrupted her conversation when I said have a good day. Plus she paid me less than I was quoted per pound. Will not be returning with 500+ pounds of copper and another 700+ of cac
