    I have always tried to stay away from auto parts chain stores because of prices, expertise, and friendliness. The staff at Rancho Auto Parts are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and their value is exceptional. I don't even shop around for parts any more because I know they either have the right part (non-generic) in stock, they can get it fast, or they will refer me to someone who can (which has only happened once).

    I found my new auto parts store, I am so thankful for the customer service they have, just even over the phone there very helpful, don't make you feel rushed or cut you short.     Love this place,I go there quite a bit. They pretty much have whatever i need most of the time in stock but if not they will order it with a fast turn around and they are very helpful.

    I love this place! always friendly and always has great prices! I once bough at an axle at Autozone for more than $100 and I called here and they had it for around half the price of Autozone! Cant get any better than that!
