Another great experience with Ray’s Hauling. We’ve used them before, the experience was great, so we decided to use them again when the need arose. As requested we sent pictures of what we wanted taken, and when Ray arrived (right at the time promised and after sending a text to give us a 15 minute notice of arrival) he had already committed to memory what he was taking and where it would be located. Because two of the items were in the garage he took those immediately so the garage door wouldn’t have to stay open. He then proceeded to remove everything else quickly and left the area clean. Let me start off by saying thank you , I was looking for a dump to fit my needs and ray’s had all I needed. The entire experience was easy going no hassle straight forward and up front . Scheduling was super easy communication on point . Everything he told me up front happened exactly how he explained. He sent me a receipt after he dumped my load . It was no hidden fees . I found Rays hauling from an ad on Craigslist. Got a price quote within minutes via text message, the pricing on the rental was more than fair. We we coordinated a date, and he was even willing to drop it off the day before we discussed.Upon completion of my work, i notified them and they picked the trailer up within 2 hours. He sent me a photo of a receipt for the dump fee, and was even able to save me a little bit of money on my E-waste.The entire transaction was done via text, which was very convenient. Overall my experience was highly positive. I will be using this service again, and recommending it to friends and family.I cannot put into words how liberating it was to remove 1200 lbs of junk from my home. If you’re thinking about doing it, go with rays.

Ray hauling and junk removal are professional and greatest services. They are always on time when they schedule your pick up and they keep you in touch if they running late. I contacted Ray and gave him a picture of the pile of junk and gave me a fast price. They are friendly and professional. I will always use there services and reference them.

After Republic Services failed to get my bulk pickup for two weeks, I called Ray. He answered immediately and was there in an hour. Very professional and easy to work with. Reasonable pricing. Next time I have a project cleanup, I'll call Ray first.

Contacted Ray’s to haul away an old cal king mattress. They managed to move that heavy mattress from upstairs out to their truck in minutes. Very professional operation. As long as they were at my house I also had them remove items form our side yard. Ray’s showed up on time and provided very professional service. I will use Ray’s in the future for all my hauling needs.

This was the third time we've used Ray's hauling and he has gone above and beyond our expectations! He's always been very prompt when we ordered just his trailer service but this time we needed full-service and he was able to schedule us right away for a pretty big job of junk removal after our move. I text him what I needed dumped, he quoted me. They came within the hour and hauled everything away...plus he took a big box for me for free! AWESOME, and professional! Super nice guy that Ray! I called around, this was the best deal in Contra Costa.

Amazing experience. Sent email on Monday and got immediate response with all required information. Made reservation on Tuesday for Saturday delivery. Trailer was dropped off early Saturday morning as promised. Filled it by early Sunday morning and then emailed Ray to let him know he could pick it up any time. It was gone within the hour and my bill was sent to me shortly after. Payment through Venmo was easy and got confirmation email from Ray. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for hauling services and would absolutely use again if needed. Very fair pricing and trailer was in very good condition
