Only one level of service so only one price. I'm only one person and could use once a month or less garbage pick-up but I get charged the same as the families near me that have overflowing cans every week! Also, no understanding from their phone operators!When their customer service rep saw the review she reached out. I now have the correct service from Republic and I'm satisfied! This morning 11/19/2021 at approximately 7:50 am, one of your drivers was approaching the exit of Park west apartments in Corvallis, OR. I was riding on my bike on the street in front of it (15th Street), and the driver (thin caucasian male with brown hair) shouted out the window "let's go fatty". So unprofessional and a horrible start to my day. Remember, drivers, that you are part of the communities you serve.

Took about 2 minutes but they answered my call and were clear that they did not have a way to recycle amazon bubble envelopes. They directed me to where I can take these and it turns out you basically just need to bring them to any place that accepts “plastic films”: like WinCo, Safeway, or FredMeyers. Couldn’t really ask for more from Republic Services, pretty sure they’re governmentally funded so they have their limits, and recycling in OR is a total mess right now. Kind of surprised they’re still functioning as is. Thanks for helping me find the correct place for all my junk. 5 stars.

Poor service that costs an arm and a leg. They dont send you calendars with your pickup schedule anymore, you can't find it online like you could several years ago, and once you do figure out the schedule, they dont even stick to it. Services: Yard debris removal, Junk removal

Terrible customer service. I started residential pick up services with them recently and was told for my first pick up if I didn't have bins to just leave the trash bags on the road for a courtesy pick up. I get the bill and there's a charge for extra bags. I call them and say I shouldn't have been charged because I was told if I didn't have bins yet to just leave out the bags and it would be covered for the first pick up. The guy argues that in this area they don't do courtesy pick ups, the guy who told me they do was wrong and the charge is valid. They would not process a full refund for the charges because "they are valid" even though their employee told me it was a courtesy pick up. I don't care if it's valid or not, you should deliver what you promise. Absolutely terrible, wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a 30yd dumpster yesterday (paperwork signed and paid for) with the promise that it will be delivered today, got a call and email at 0530 this morning saying there was a problem and they would not deliver. I called them back and they said it was actually a problem with the paperwork on their end but they still would not deliver the dumpster until next week. I have a crew of people coming into work on this project, today so I now have to figure out how to do this differently or cancel the project. They even escalated my call to the higher ups and all she said was no, they wouldn’t deliver today. I’m very dissatisfied with their lack of willingness to make good on their mistake. I have to use their services for my home garbage because their the only ones that do it, if there was anyone else then I would use them.Services: Yard debris removal, Junk removal

I've called several times to request specific services and each time I've spoken with very professional and competent office staff. I really appreciate having this option for recycling. The recycling at my apartment fills up very fast. I know that I can always come here.

Republic Services has a 7 day a week unmanned drop off location off of Walnut & on Bellvue. A great service for our Corvallis community when you have a large amount of recycling to do.

$40/month to empty a trash can (mid size can) is way too much! These guys have a monopoly and are charging a premium I think.
