This company illegally and predatory towed my car after I parked on the side of the road when I got a flat tire. Less than an hour after I left it to take my child to school. I was not on private property nor was it in the road or blocking traffic. Just a old country road's side street ditch. They did a non-consensual towing and past the ten mile limit. I'm also sure they must have busted my window because I had the keys and they rummaged through my car and did not contact me. I found my car after I called the cops. Now this illegal two bit hillbilly company wants me to pay over $300 in ransom for my car back. Also keep in mind I am a hard working taxpayer and father of two and this car is my only way to get to work in another city. I am a security officer. Now I am screwed and will loose my job and home because of them.

Worst experience possible with a towing company. If the state troopers call these guys; tell them no thanks I'd rather set my car on fire.Guy shows up refuses to negotiate terms and then tells me he wants $180 cash right now in order to take my vehicle to the collision center. I asked him to meet me at the bank, he says ok. I wait at the bank and the guy never shows up... as if having a wreck wasn't bad enough... dealing with this towing company afterwards made the experience even worse!
