These guys are are not trustworthy. They gave my refund money ($9) to the lady before me and hers to me($4). When I questioned them as to why I was getting back so little, THEN he said ...oh I know what happened I gave her your refund and you her refund, uh yeah, but had I not bought it up you would have let me walk away. He knew he had made the mistake, but tried to get away with it!

The weight is not even close to what you paid. We really need redemption machines at grocery stores like the mainland.

The workers came to the truck to help me unload. It was much faster than me doing it by myself. I really appreciate it guys!

OMG I used to go to the place several years ago. I was seeing all the bad reviews and thought man these people must be disgruntled. But, now I see why, they are definitely not giving back the correct amount. I will be looking for a new spot. I recycle as a hobby so I didn’t feel the need to argue about what was owed especially when I don’t have access to the scale. I definitely would not recommend. They have changed over the years.

I went there around 2:20pm, only 1 more car was there including me. Workers came n help to carry bottles from my car, they were nice n kind. If can, going after lunch time would be good, slow. Thanks!

I have been to many recycle centers and typically they let you see the scale. Here they put the scale into the truck turned towards the back so you cant see the scale then lift the buckets up into the truck. I have never gotten so little back for such a big bag of recycles.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.Completely rips you off. Must be a systematic mindset “ across all Locations”where they are just out to screw you over. Brought in over 4 trash bags of product and was offered $6.PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE FOR RECYCLING.

Tip - Don't go to close to closing time because if they get full they wrap it up early. On Saturday I got there at 4:50 pm and they refused to take my stuff.

They need to honor their hours of operation. On Saturdays, google says you open til 5pm, these guys have a sign that says open til 4pm: I get there at 3:30pm & they're closed. This crap happens frequently and it needs to stop.

Please don't take your cans or bottles here, I brought a ford explorer load and only recieved $30. What a Rip Off. It should have been at last double the price!
