I’m very impressed with the high level of customer service at the Ewa Beach AutoZone. Chris showed an exceptional level of customer service by greeting me when I entered the store and helping me choose and install wipers on my vehicle. He went above and beyond what most employees would do and certainly earned my business from now on.

Bev K is very attentive to the needs of whatever it is you're working on! She knows the products and services with a level of knowledge that is amazing!

Visited this store yesterday and received excellent customer service from Levi! He went above and beyond to help me locate a starter and an appropriate jack system for my needs. He also helped load my items outside into my vehicle! Thank you Levi for your patience, superior assistance and attention to detail!!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Benjamin went above and beyond assisting me with a return and even attempted to fix my old gas cap. I would give a 5 star review but there was not a gas cap available for my vehicle from the Autozone database that fit.

The customer service representative I was dealing with had no clue what a spark plug was when he found the spark plugs they were incorrect he probably shouldn't be working in this industry since clearly he doesn't understand what Auto parts actually are because the spark plugs he did find we're not for my vehicle when I told him my vehicle type he's still selected the incorrect vehicle type and said oh that's the same no I know the difference between the two different types of vehicles one is a V8 one is a 4 cylinder then the manager was just a jack hole with attitude I would avoid this place their employees and management suck

This store usually has most items I've needed. Staff is not always friendly or helpful. Prices are reasonable. The parking lot is a mess (deep potholes everywhere and trash on the ground) and not always easy to navigate through.

We had installed the wrong size battery and couldn’t pass Safety Check. I called the store and they were able to get me the right size battery. Associates David and Justin were super helpful and installed the right one for me. I really appreciated everyone’s help.

Clueless workers who haven't turned a wrench in their lives. Customer Service 👎👎👎. Knowledge about Cars and parts to service 👎👎👎. All they know is what their computer tells them. Pre-ordered ball joints from in store at the ewa beach location the guy helping me says they'll give me a call soon as it comes in which should be in their next delivery from their salt lake location. 3 days later I call to check on the part to see if it came in they ended up sending it back to Salt Lake because their employee couldn't follow up in time. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Should've never let Napa close down.

Since I been going to ewa autozone, they always had the part I needed. If not they'll call and find out which store does.
