    Terrible experience! Salesperson told me it was a new takeoff bumper for my 2021 Sierra. Get there and the painted bumper was on the asphalt. No disregard to protecting it. Was all scratched up. Not at all what was described to me. Went inside to speak to a salesperson, His response was take it or leave it. Place is very unprofessional and would never go back…. or recommend to anyone.

    I just walked in looking for a spare rim they had someone free at the counter he looked it up said this is how much it was he printed the receipt I went over to the cashier had a small chat with her one downstairs got the rim put it in the back of my truck. Very satisfied I always do recommend people to go to Robinson's if they go or not I don't know but I will continue to recommend Robinson's for every need for GM product or a used product

    The worst place to get parts. The parts representative by the name of Shawn (bald headed, white male) took down the wrong information after I called him twice and repeated myself over and over. Even after I explained myself and what type of vehicle he still got me the wrong year parts to my truck. Then when I went to return the parts he said " I only run the info that you gave me", although that wasn't the case. He was very rude and unprofessional. Even his co-workers in the shop said that he was a piece of work and no one likes him. He screws up a whole lot of parts orders. If I was anyone else getting parts from this establishment, I advise you not to go to Shawn, and again he is the bald white guy that looks guy.

    Called to try to get a backup camera for my vehicle and they told me I had to buy the entire trunk to get it. It’s 2 screws that hold the camera into the trunk. Clearly just a greedy company trying to force people to spend more money. I would never recommend them to anyone. If I could have left zero stars I would have. The service department is even worse.

    They did well and had what I needed and made sure I was satisfied. But noticed later whomever retrieved my part, was not very thoughtful on protecting the item very much for reuse..unfortunately I did not notice till I got home. Seems like they just ripped the electrical connection apart to my door I purchased with pliers, But maybe this is common practice in the salvage yards. I did only ask for a drivers door and not the electrical, but I guess I would've assumed the complete product would be useful, yet now I need to use my old harness out of the old door to my van. Kind of a pain. I thought when you pay almost $500.00 for a used door, it's basically a complete item and I can just swap it out.

    Called to order an alternator and was given an hour before pickup! I show up only to have wrong part. I was made to wait another hour for correct part. This is what happens when the guy taking the calls isn't experienced! Cashier (Sheri)was wonderful in the other hand!

    I called about a part that I could only find at a dealer for over $600 dollars and I was able to get a good used one for only $125, that is great news just before Christmas. Thank you so much Robertsons for saving me over $500.

    I bought a engine from Robertson's at a decent price and like promised by the salesman the engine got delivered the next day. Now I'm just waiting for it to be installed and that's the true test. If it doesn't have any problems and I'll get back to you.

    They gave me the wrong part. Wasted. A lot of my time. Then. Have to wait ten days to get a refund. I would not recommend this place. They don’t no what there doing …………. 0. Star. For them. Very dumb

    Very bad experience tried to get a part listed as excellent condition on there website only for them to say it’s no good so obviously they just list every part good site on unseen if that’s the case. I ask for pictures they could not provide it and when I was explaining the part I needed off the assembly they rudely hung up on me. Very poor customer support would not recommend.

    Absolutely the best customer service! Very pleasant and easy to work with, they get back to you in a very timely manner. Excellent experience after a long morning of calling many places for a motor for my truck they offer warranty on parts and delivery to mechanic which saved me so much time and frustration. Can not recommend Robertson's enough!

    Horrible customer service. Ordered and paid for a part and paid for shipping. One week later called back to check status and was told they do not have the part. Never received a call from the company.

    Useless called for a abs pig tail. Will only sell witha new abs pump same for a pcm have to buy a $700 pcm for a $40 plug and on the flip side needed a full under hood harness and there all destroyed what joke
