Customer service is bad I called on the phone to check on price and the person answered the phone didn't sound happy at all , and doesn't sound professional... I wouldn't shop there any more . By the way I stopped before in there checking for part and the guy on the counter was rode.... don't go there guys till tge owner put some professional people in there

My brother had his Chevrolet Truck repaired there. They do a first class job. Need today have my Ford Edge reconditioned soon.

This is the worst experience I've ever had,they Sold me 1 Transmission, that was bad,they sent another; that was bad,now all they have to say is oh,we can refund your money.I'm out $2000.00 For removing and installing 2 transmissions......they lied to me on numerous occasions,and now they're trying a new lie,say they've offered me an extended warranty that I didn't accept. Bad parts,no problem it happened,but calling me a liar on top of that,see you in Court,I don't care how long it takes,and I'm going to post my experience every day.Dont BUY TRANSMISSIONS FROM THIS PLACE.....THEY DO NOT TEST THEM.

Called for a part, the man was extremely rude to me. Maybe because I’m a woman and had to ask my husband a question while on phone w him. But really, no need to be Like that to anyone.

Recommended to check the parts before you buy. Took a drive out to the yard for a "grade A" part to find it was missing pieces. Appreciated that they let me check first! They do have a big selection of vehicles. I'm sure they can't always tell what has been salvaged from every single vehicle.

I liked it it was very easy to communicate with the staff. My problem like everybody's is the prices.

I REGRET EVER CONTACTING THIS COMPANY.They are scammers and con artists that are out to screw people.i have been forced to sue them for negligence as they do not have anyone in their employ that has any sense of honor.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.ONE STAR IS 5 MORE THAN THEY DESERVE.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

Called for a rim for 99 Mazda protegé they me they had plenty come down with the $$$ I’ll send a guy right out. I show up to by not jut one but two rims the gentleman I spoke with at the desk went out back for maybe 10 mins the refunded me the money I payed for the 2 rims and said sorry we don’t have them. I turned around and walked out

Total rip off! Sold me a hunk part and charged me 65.00 to return it! Stay away from here! Awful !!!
