Another local shop screwed up a simple plug on a snow tire. Jimmy took me in at the last minute and plugged it up for free. I can't guarantee this type of service to everyone, but I've had Jimmy work on my car in the past, and it's been done within the day I've brought it in. Robichaud's rates are fair, and his work holds up.

Robichauds auto has good rates and very good people working there with good rates they will pick ur car up and bring it back to u after ur service it is owned by Jimmy robichaud not butch they do all types of work including body work and frame work.

Horrible business to deal with. Strung my husband along for two months making promises like "We'll be there next week", "We'll be there in two weeks" and the famous "I'll be there tomorrow morning around 8:30". They NEVER showed up. I understand from the excuses they give that they are behind but why flat out LIE? Why not just say they can't deliver on their word? There is no excuse for that kind of poor business practice. From ratings I have seen elsewhere, this is a common practice with these people. Save yourself some time and aggravation and go elsewhere.
