I got a quote of $166 approx. 2 weeks ago and sent the cat in. Got an email confirming they received it and payment was being mailed. When I received the check today it was only for $66, so I called and they confirmed it was the wrong amount and would mail another check for the balance of $100. I will upgrade the 2 stars to 4 if I actually receive it. We'll see. In all fairness, this is actually a great way to handle the cats. Simple and easy.Update: Rockaway not only sent the remainder of my payment, it was $10 more than expected. I'm giving them 5 stars for expediency, fair pricing, ease of use, and truthfulness. These guys are great to do business with. Thumbs up.

I'm 100% pleased in the process that they have set up.... it's quick and convenient.... easy and the best part about it i...they're honest....if they give you a quote for one thing and it gets there and it's something better... they're not going to pay you that quote. They are going to pay you the price that you deserve. That's a good thing in business...honesty is the best policy... it makes me want to be a returning customer.

Wonderful service! Rockaway Recycling made disposing of my old catalytic converters the easiest part of the job. I was going to toss the old cats in the trash but decided to do a Google search for catalytic converter recycling. I found Rockaway Recycling and decided to try them.I texted pictures of my old cats and a week later I had my checks. It could only have been faster if I had shipped the cats earlier. Automatic Gate Operations

The entire process was extremely easy to do. I sent Rockaway pictures of our old forklift. They confirmed it could be recycled and picked up. The hardest part was getting it outside for the tow truck to collect since it didn't run. Great job Rockaway!
