I got a quote of $166 approx. 2 weeks ago and sent the cat in. Got an email confirming they received it and payment was being mailed. When I received the check today it was only for $66, so I called and they confirmed it was the wrong amount and would mail another check for the balance of $100. I will upgrade the 2 stars to 4 if I actually receive it. We'll see. In all fairness, this is actually a great way to handle the cats. Simple and easy.Update: Rockaway not only sent the remainder of my payment, it was $10 more than expected. I'm giving them 5 stars for expediency, fair pricing, ease of use, and truthfulness. These guys are great to do business with. Thumbs up.

I'm 100% pleased in the process that they have set up.... it's quick and convenient.... easy and the best part about it i...they're honest....if they give you a quote for one thing and it gets there and it's something better... they're not going to pay you that quote. The entire process was extremely easy to do. I sent Rockaway pictures of our old forklift. They confirmed it could be recycled and picked up. The hardest part was getting it outside for the tow truck to collect since it didn't run. Great job Rockaway!
