As with any used find your own parts place, there is a small fee to enter the lot to begin your quest. I'm not really a huge car person, but I know enough to be able to look for some basic things. Today I was spotting tires for a friend. The staff are friendly from start to finish. Miguel directed me where to begin and I was able to explore the racks of tires on offer right away. Outdoors in August is hot in Texas, even in the shade. When I stepped inside to pay for the tires I chose, Savannah offered me a cold bottle of water and a towel to dry off with. I was so grateful! I had not planned to be there as long as I was but their selection was bigger than I expected!! All in all, a good experience even for someone who isn't your typical "car guy" mechanic.

Friendly staff. Had my part. They identified my vehicle. Price of part was reasonable. Entry fee a bit higher vs competition like Pick and Pull, however I prefer these guys better customer service.

I was having trouble ALL day from my part going out to figuring out the logistics on getting a ride. But honestly the entire staff was awesome! GREAT PRICES awesome service. My phone was dying an Ms. Sylvia was nice enough to put my phone on the charger an I couldnt get my pitman arm separated from the idler an they helped me out which literally made ALL THE DIFFERENCE! I am happy I came here

I would have given 3 stars just because of their selection, but today I went back to exchange a window that I bought for my car 2 days ago that ended up being the wrong one and didn't have enough money for the warranty when I bought it and apparently you can't exchange something that you don't get the warranty on. It would be nice if they let you know that when you refuse the warranty in the beginning also very unorganized And not somewhere I would recommend to my friends.
